I stayed here with my boyfriend for our first holiday together. To sum it up in three words "we loved it" Firstly the location is great, its a 15 minute drive to Disney parks, 20 to Universal again only another 15 to international drive. Everything is on your doorstep. The area is really quiet. the only noise we had was from the thunder storms. There are restaurants close by as well as two super markets about 3 minutes away. The house itself is fantastic, we really couldn't fault it. The rooms are all a good size including the living areas. It was only two of us but this would be a great family home as we only ever used the king size room downstairs. The bed was extremely comfortable, which if your jet lagged and had a long flight is a real joy. The house was very clean when we arrived, the air con had been thankfully switched on before our arrival which was lovely. The whole check in/out process was very easy a lot easier than a hotel. And in regards to a hotel, I really don't know why you would stay in one in Florida when you could have your own beautiful home for exactly the same price or less. All the communication with the owner was great, Lyn is a lovely lady and if you ever have any questions, shes always back to you within 24 hours. As you can see from our review, myself and my boyfriend, really couldn't fault our stay here. Great house, area, people and price. Only wish we could have stayed longer. We will for sure book again.

Fantastic villaright in the heart of things so asy to find and we were in the parks in less than 15 minutes. Brilliant time had by all pool and deck area brilliant, quiet area, villa was spotless and ac with new tiled floors was a just what we needed after we return after a hot florida day.
Ray and Lyn was so helpfull and the villa had everything plus more than we needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THANKS RAY & LYN FOR USE OF YOUR VILLA WE WILL BOOK AGAIN
