The rental is suited to both family and friends. We had very quick and easy communication with the owner prior to booking, and was told that it was impossible to have poolheating. We went ahead and booked the rental anyway. When we got to the rental, there was a small note by the kitchen sink saying not to use the garbage disposal, as it didn`t work. 
During the night we discovered that the toilet in the master bedroom didn`t flush! Next day we received a note from management that we couldn`t use the toilet in the master bedroom as it didn`t work. The house need a lot of TLC, but could be a gorgeous house if repairs were done. Management went above and beyond to help and accomodate us.

I rented this villa in August 2014 to spend a summer vacation with my family. We were a group of nine people: six adults and three kids. The price was very good, especially for a long stay.
This villa located in a calm community away from crowded area. You should be aware that most attractions and important malls (Outlets, Florida Mall, and Mall at Millenia) and Walmart centers are not close to this villa. Nothing of these places closer than 20 minutes driving without traffic. There is a supermarket near to this villa, called Publix, about 5 minutes driving: but it closes at night. You do not have many choices of restaurants in the area. You need to drive at least 15 to 20 minutes to Kissimmee to expand your choices.
The villa itself was not bad. I can say that it is a little bit lower than average. For instance, the towels were very old and needed to be replaced. The kitchen was not properly equipped, especially for a long stay. Mattresses are too soft but blankets were fine. The swimming pool is small.
I would only recommend this villa if its renting cost is clearly lower than costs of renting villas in the market, and you are trying to control your budget. I cannot say you will not enjoy staying there: but clearly it will not be one on the best options.

We stayed here for a month and overall we have no real complaints its just a combination of little things that need addressing. The beds are not the most comfortable but were ok, the pool is small and there is no scoop net to remove foreign objects, the property is east facing with tall trees close to the pool area blocking early morning sun and the sun is lost mid afternnon, we stayed in April so it was spring so this might not be so much of a problem in the summer. Generally the villa is just in need of a little TLC and would benefit from a few little additions such as a cool box and a couple of deck chairs you could take on a picnic. I did communicate with the owner and found him really pleasant and helpful and overall we have had a great time here.

Very nice house , perfect location for visiting Disney parks. And very quiet area to relax when tired of all the noise and the people. Must have car to stay here.
Publix supermarket are 3 min drive from the house and there are also Papa Johns Pizza.
Champions gate golf course was also very nice.
Will recomend tis house to all families visiting Orlando.
