My two week stay was very enjoyable. The apartment was in great condition with a selection of books, DVDs and some games for the wii console if you fancied taking advantage of those. The apartment was in a quiet, well kept location but only a short walk from the main strip of bars, restaurants and the supermarket. It was only slightly further to the beachfront. Sean, the owner, was very helpful and, after he'd picked me up, showed me around and gave me the keys, he answered any questions I had and then left me alone to enjoy the place until it was time to give back the keys and go home. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family.

This was our second visit to Los Alcazares. We like the resort as its a bit more quiet and laid back than most others.
This was the first time we stayed in the El Devino complex. Sean was very friendly and provided good communications and advice and was on hand for our arrival and departure ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We loved this property. Everything was exactly as described. A real home from home. Nice Complex, quiet and relaxing, but just a short flat walk to the bars and restaurants and beach. We didnt want to leave.

The property was excellent. Furnished lovely and with all the ammenities you would need and more to make your stay comfortable. The balcony and roof terrace both offerred wonderfull views which included  the mar menor (sea). The bedrooms were decorated in a simple, classic taste and each contained ceiling fans to keep you cool during the warm nights. The bathrooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The kichen was modern and contained all you need should you decide to cook your own meals. The living area was spacious, light and airy, perfect for relaxing and watching the morning news or browsing the mqany channels the satellite box has to offer. Overall i was extremelly pleased with this property and to sum it up it was just like a home from home.

very enjoyable stay - Sean was very helpfull - shame the pool rules are so strict for the children but I presume this is because ther are many full time older residents living on the complex

The apartment was very well presented. The details of the property given prior to booking, proved to be accurate.We were provided with good details of the surrounding area and facilities.The apartment also contained helpful items such as tea, washing liquids, books,videos, which we had not expected.
We very much enjoyed our stay there and will be more than happy to return in the future.

The apartment had everything we wanted and more, iron, hairdryer, sky-tv, music system, books, tapes, videos, etc.
Sean meet us and show us the apartment, and even left us milk tea, coffee, and a bottle of wine.
The apartment was close to all shops, restuarants, bars.

We had great expectations - and they were full filled. We enjoyed the great sea-view every day. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Due to the nice weather, we didnt use all the inhouse facilities, we lived by the pool and the barbecue for 2 weeks.

We had a small problem one Sunday morning, where the water supply failed. We called the emergency number, and 1½ hour later, the owner himself solved the problem.

I imagine that this house could offer you a great vacation in the low season, where you could take avantage of both the indoor and outdoor facilities.

Apartment was good value for money. Living area on the small side but not on holiday in Spain to stay indoors!! Spent  time eating out on the balcony and enjoying the roof terrace. Hot-tub is a real bonus. Everything was clean and tidy and Sean couldnt have been more helpful. The El Divino complex is well maintained and the gardens and pool were lovely. We enjoyed the pool and thought the general rules and presence of a lifeguard helped maintain a civilised atmosphere with kids being able to have lots of fun without being outrageous. Not overly far from the beach and close to shops and restaurants.

A very clean and well laid out property.
There were only 2 of us, not sure 4 would find it so comfortable.
We really appreciated the satellite TV/radio - keeping in touch with events back home.
The roof top solarium was good for catching those last minute rays.
Good airport transfer service.
The only downsides were the rather compact shower and squeaky double bed.
