We had never visited this area before and decided at the last minute to book this property.
The whole booking process and the information received back from the owner was excellent
The Villa was in an excellent position and kept in a very clean condition and we were met at the apartment with the keys, after a short fifteen minute trip
from the airport.
Previous reviews mentioned the lack of air conditioning and with temps around 35C during the day and 22C at night, we did struggle with the heat in the
apartment.
However this was the only negative, everything else was fantastic, the area was very quiet, the beach was down the road, the marina and main town, a fifteen
minute stroll up the road and the bus station very close.
We would not hesitate to use the Villa again in the future, Santa Pola is a lovely area and if you want a relaxing break, look no further.

A well located villa, very close to the beach and supermarket and has a lovely terrace. Have just come back from a two week stay and would return again to santo pola in the future. Note that there is no air conditioning which can make it unpleasant at night as the temperature didnt dro p too much. The tv didnt seem to have any English channels so I would advise people to take their own DVDs instead if you want to use this facility.

Lovely property in a great location. You dont need to pack for the beach as its only a minutes walk away! The secure outside space makes it great and safe for kids.
I would certainly recommend it!

we enjoyed our stay at casa vistamar very much. the house is well equipped and very clean and comfortable. the owners are friendly and very helpful. all in all, a great place to stay and will definitely book again.

over all was good  twin room was a bit small there was no only one fan could have done with more .there  needed to up date chairs outside as recliners were broken .

we had a fab holilday the agents were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. it was clean and loads of space for kids outside and very safe the only thing i would say is may be some fans in house would be a good ideal.

The property had everything you could possibly need for a good holiday, including board games and DVD`s (unfortunately most of them were missing from their covers!).
There were plenty of clean towels and sheets - but nothing matched!
The furniture and fittings were looking a bit "tired" and worn (Frayed covers etc.)

If you are looking for a value for money Spanish holiday - this is the place for you.  The property is practically on the beach,  which is ideal for all ages.  There are also great bars and restaurants on your doorstep.  So if you want to visit 
Spain and not 'little England' this place is ideal.  The property is fully equipped for children and our boys were hugely impressed with the Playstation!!  We loved it - and will definitely be going back next year!

Well, what can I say?  Any holiday home that offers this amount of entertainment, space and comfort deserves 5 stars in my book. Within tiptoe distance from the beach. Absolute bliss!
