Villa akkaya has incredible views of the bay and is situated in a quiet area. The villa was clean and comfortable, had everything that we needed.  Towels and bed linen were clean, additional bedding was also available. Rooms were spacious and bright, all bathrooms were clean. Shops were nearby . Directions and access to the villa was made easy by the owner, really hassle free.

Fantastic villa in a fantastic location. Had an amazing holiday and both the villa and Kalkan exceeded our expectations. Will definitely be going back to both the villa and Kalkan. Cant recommend this property and location enough, its a must for a great holiday.

Fabulous property, in an ideal location.  The Villa was perfect for a relaxing holiday in a great part of Turkey.  Would definitely recommend this for couples, families young and old.

The villa is set in a great location - far enough up the hill out of Kalkan to enjoy the fantastic views and peace and quiet yet still close enough on foot to enjoy the many restaurants etc in the evening.  The villa was spotless and local cats very friendly!  All in all a lovely place to spend a week enjoying the sunshine.
