This villa was thoughtfully and well equipped and had all we needed for our stay - the boules and table tennis provided an alternative to lying by the pool.  The pool and garden were kept clean and tidy and provided a lovely relaxing setting for our holiday - one of the best villa garden/pool areas weve rented to date. The urbanisation itself is unfinished and the footpaths, roads and general feel of the area suffer because of this but that didnt really affect our stay as you are only aware of it when you are driving in and out. Overall a lovely villa to rent and if we were in the area wed definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Villa, all the comforts and amenities you could ask for. 

The directions to the villa were very accurate and we had no problem finding it. First impression was wow, its so big and spacious and has a beautiful landscaped garden. It has a nice size pool which is regularly maintained.

Inside the villa was very clean and comfortable. The master en-suite bedroom is really very spacious and has a lovely veranda. Perfect to sit out on for that early morning cuppa.

The information pack provided is absolutely full of places to visit and the owners personal reviews of many restaurants. Guenthers restaurant is really a class apart and has to be a must on anyones agenda - absolutely superb. A car is a must to get around 

The entertainment in the villa was very good. Many cds, dvds, books and games were provided. 

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would want this villa on our next return to the Algarve.

Overall we were very pleased with the service we received from Paula prior to travelling out and Sue during our stay. The directions we received were excellent and on arrival we were all impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the villa.

We had 3 young children in our group and were delighted to find a selec tion of toys and games plus some DVDs which kept everyone happy whilst not in the pool.

The pool surprised us all in being heated so was always a good temperature (almost too warm) when you wanted to swim. The pool was serviced throughout our stay to ensure the water was at optimum quality. 

The barbeque was fantastic and we sat outside everynight on the covered patio overlooking the pool and landscaped gardens.

As mentioned in other reviews the development in which the Villa is , is still being built but this is only noticed as you drive on the approach roads to the villa and not whilst youre in the pool. 

The recommendations for local restaurants were all good, especially the local bar/restautant which exceeded our expectations. The fish market in Olhao is excellent, as is the new Rio Shopping centre which is brand new with the Portugese equivalent of Waitrose.

There is plenty to do in the immediate area from the beaches at Pedras del Rei and Fuseat and also the pretty town of Tavira. The motorway is within 10 mins drive which provides easy access to some of the theme parks including Zoomarine which was especially popular with the younger members of our party.

Sue did a great job looking after us during our stay, replacing a broken coffee maker and DVD player within 24 hours of being informed.

Overall, nine of us spanning three generations had a great holiday

The villa is spacious, well equipped  and clean with a well laid out garden. The pool was covered and free from debris.

The only significant downside is that the  development in which the villa is situated is still under construction , with many partially finished properties , lots of building materials around, unfinished roads and inevitably, some loud works noise.

The service from the local agent was very good and we had an enjoyable holiday.

Lovely Villa with more facilities than expected. A quiet rural retreat. Had a very relaxing time, excellent support from villa managers. Would certainly recommend a visit.

What a fantastic villa!  Everything we needed was provided.  There was a room full of toys for the kids and a heated pool which was used from breakfast til late in the evening.  Even swimming at 10pm!  Gardens were lovely and well looked after

The directions provided by Paula and Steve were spot on and they were most helpful throughout our stay.  The villa is in a great location for exploring the local area, we visited Olhao which has a great market on a Saturday and would also recommend visiting Pedros de Rai which has a train that takes you to the beach and is about 20 mins drive from the villa.

All in all a fantastic holiday, would definately recommend the villa to anyone and would certainly come back again.

A very comfortable villa. It has a lovely garden and pool, which was as enjoyable with the first cup of coffee of the day through to the last glass of wine in the evening! 

All in all a very relaxing holiday in a lovely villa.

ps. It is well worth following the instructions to the local bistro - it is excellent value, and superb food.
