The house was easily accessible and had almost all of the neccessary tools except dish washer which is an essential need for a house. The view was great . We had a car so the hill or the way to the beaches etc was not a problem. Only problem was we dedicated the cleaning's importance a couple of times but the house was not clear we did it ourselves. But the sheets were OK. So we recommend it with complacency.

Such a lovely house to live in and we loved the pool. We were 7 adults and a baby and fitted in well. Slightly overlooked by the neighbours but they were quiet and it didn't disturb us. The house is well equipped and we really appreciated the water and breakfast stuff provided by the owner for our first night as we arrived too late to get to the shops easily. It was good to have a car which enabled us to explore the area. We particularly enjoyed the beach in Gumusluk with friendly restaurant staff.

Only drawback is the walk down into Yalikavak is more 30mins than 20 but a taxi, usually back up is very reasonable at about £4.

We had a fantastic holiday in Villa Nerium. The villa was perfect for our family of 8. My parents enjoyed being downstairs in their own room with full washroom. The rest of us were upstairs in 3 well-furnished bedrooms and 2 washrooms. The balcony on the second floor has gorgeous, unobstructed views and a beautiful breeze. The AC in the bedrooms worked well and we were able to get some respite from the heat outdoors. I would suggest to add AC or at least ceiling fans downstairs as it was very hot this summer. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make meals and tea easily and enjoy our food outside on the 8-seater table. The views of the sunset were absolutely glorious. There are no neighbours on the left and the ones on the right kept to themselves and we felt very private. The whole family loved the private pool and the kids wanted to come back from Gumusluk beach to have the freedom to splash around and be silly in their own space. There is so much to do close by and Migros (a large grocery store) is just a few minutes away by car. We used the dishwasher and washing machine daily. My husband is urging that I add that there is no WiFi and very limited TV channels :) We would definitely consider Villa Nerium in the future and recommend it wholeheartedly.

We have just come back from a wonderful week at Majestic View which completely lives up to its name and we couldnt get enough of it! The pool area is stunning and we enjoyed many happy days around it. The area was lovely and Loes the manager, was very helpful with our arrival and any questions that arose during our stay and departure.

Overall this was a good value choice. It is not rated excellent because of proximity to neighbouring properties, there is no screening for any privacy around the pool area and the fittings are now showing their age. However we enjoyed our stay and the views from the villa are first class. We are a family of 6, 2 grandparents, 2parents and 2 young children. We fitted in ok though it may be somewhat cramped with a more active or larger party, and the pool is somewhat smaller than we would have preferred. We consider a car to be essential. Loes, the villa manager organised our transfers from the airport and car hire for us and this is strongly recommended. She was a great help with little niggles we found. Overall a sensible choice and rates very fair, you tend to get what you pay for and this was value for money.

Just come back from a weeks stay at windmills gate. The only possible downside to the property is that its quite a long way from the centre of yalikavak (prob 30 mins uphill walk) but this was one of the reasons we chose it and it didnt affect us as we had a car. The apartment is spacious , spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped . The large pool is very quiet and the views from our balcony were amazing. Checking in and out was no problem whatever time as the keys are left in a key safe and the code is emailed to you in advance. We were very pleased with the property and its definatley good value for money as it sleeps 4/6 comfortably . We would recommend and also return!

Comfortable villa with additional benefits of attached apartment. Due to the elevated position, there are spectacular views from every window in the villa, which compensates for the very steep access around this well cared for complex. Although the pool is shared, the terrace was never over crowded, however some extra sunbeds would be beneficial. The local property manager was extremely helpful and ensured that everything was satisfactory as well as organising return airport transfers on our behalf
