We stayed here on our eighth visit to Florida having tried many different Villas in various different locations.
This was a fantastic Villa on a gated complex.
The whole community was kept beautifully clean and well maintained.
The Villa itself was immaculately presented and the  owner was very easy to communicate with.
We found the whole process easy and stress free, I would fully recommend it to anyone and will certainly be making a return visit when we return to Florida in 2 years.

Our family holiday to Florida over Easter 2015 was fantastic. The villa is superb, exactly as advertised, very well appointed, spacious and spotless. Great location,  approx 30 mins drive from Orlando Int Airport, 15 mins to the Disney parks,  25 mins to Sea World, Aquatica and 35 mins to Universal and Universal Islands. The pool area at the villa is great, plenty big enough for the kids to swim and cool down after a busy day at the parks and a welcome respite from the Disney crowds. Our boys loved the games room too, basketball, ping pong, pool, all great fun. The 192 is the main road to the Disney parks and this has lots of restaurants and supermarkets all the way along, so everything you need is on your doorstep. We were very impressed with the owners, they were very helpful both before and during the holiday. Rob responded very quickly by phone and email to our queries. Could not be more pleased with our holiday and  very highly recommend this villa to anyone looking  to visit Disney or Florida in general.

I know I have gave 5 stars for every section but honestly I could not give a 4 for anything outstanding villa and we have been to Florida many times and this villa beats them all hands down thank you for a great villa

We have just returned to the UK after having a fantastic stay at The Haven in Clermont - Orlando.  The whole booking process through Villa Renters was very easy &amp; as soon as we had booked we were mailed directly by the owners (in this case UK based) &amp; had constant contact with them up until the date we travelled.  As for the villa itself - we dont think the pictures do it justice - it is beautiful - very large - all rooms were an ideal size for us (as a family of 4 we did not even use one of the bedrooms) - with flat screen TVs in all rooms.  Kitchen was well equipped with all utensils / pans / plates / glasses etc - fridge / freezer was enormous and the whole house was well air conditioned.  The pool area was lovely &amp; was great to sit outside after a long day at the parks relaxing with a drink whilst the kids used the pool.  Jacuzzi was nice to have as well for further relaxation.  As for the location - approx 50 mins from Orlando airport &amp; no more than 30 mins from both Disney &amp; Universal parks (you must hire a car - but the whole airport experience is superb in collecting &amp; returning the hire car).  There is a huge Walmart store within walking distance and many restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

All in all - we cannot recommend this villa highly enough &amp; would happily return again.

Well what can i say,on arriving at the haven we were really pleased to see it looked just like the pictures! so no disappointment there.
The night before we we due to arrive i received a phone call from the owners saying that the air com was broken and unrepairable but was being replaced the next day they were concerned that the villa would not be cool enough and had put a plan in place had that been the case ,but once we had arrived it was all working and lovely and cool.
We only had one problem with a shower head that was leaking once notified the management company came out within hours and had it sorted.
The owners also rang and left a message checking we had settled in ok,which we thought was a nice touch.
As stated in the advert Disney really is not far away but time could depend on traffic but generally did not take long to get to,Universal is a little further but still reachable in a good time.
Bush gardens is well worth the 50min drive, feeding the giraffes was an amazing experience as was swimming with dolphins at Discovery Cove.
The days were long and hot so there was nothing better then coming home for a dip in the pool which down to some good planting by the owners keeps the area private if not you would be very over looked and would not be quite as private as you imagined.The children made use of the pool morning and night and are really missing it now we are home, i on the other hand made the most of the hot tub (which can not be used unless you pay for heat) after hours of walking miles there was nothing better then relaxing with a glass of wine! 
The villa really was home from home but with much bigger bedrooms it was great not having to over pack taking towels hairdryers etc there was plenty supplied .The washer and dryer meant we did not need to take 3 weeks worth of clothes which left more room for shopping !
The pool toys and games room kept the children entertained on rest days which you do need,The space and comfort is why we chose a villa holiday over hotel and it more then lived up to our expectations .
So the big question , would we recommended the Haven Villa ? most defiantly .Would we go back ? oh yes (the 6 yr old has asked every day).

This property is positioned closely to everything you go to Orlando for and within a lovely gated complex. The complex is clean, has a lovely pool and feels safe. The villa is great, spacious, clean and very well equipped. The owners contacted us as soon as we arrived by telephone to check if everything was ok and were very responsive when we had any questions or problems which were resolved quickly. I would thoroughly recommend this villa.

We stayed at the High Grove villa for 17 nights from January 21 until February 7. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend it to anybody. Both before and during our stay we were contacted by the owner Rob, who gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and places to visit nearby. The service received from the owners was excellent, any queries or problems we had were handled immediately. The location could not be better and is close to all amenities such as supermarkets and restaurants, with Disney approximately 15 min drive away. After long days at the Parks, arriving back at the villa felt like home as it was very comfortable and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. I would highly recommend this Villa and I would definitely rent this home again.

The booking process was very easy and the communication from the owner was excellent.  We easily found the house which is in a very quite location and within 10-15 mins drive of Disney. The house itself was very clean, comfortable and well equipped and we loved the games room and heated pool and hot-tub.  We would highly recommend this villa.

We nearly didnt book this villa because the reviews on this site were all quite old, unverified, and overwhelmingly positive. We couldnt understand why no one had commented, and that the villa had so many free dates available gave us concern.  But we took the risk and were really glad we did.

The owners spoke to us by phone in advance and sent all the details and maps required.  

On arrival we found the villa was well maintained, clean, tidy, quiet, and basically just as described here.  Weve been to Florida many times before and so we had a good idea of the location  youre basically quite close to the south of Disney and for example can drive to Animal Kingdom in about 15-20 minutes as long as youre early (the 192 gets busy during the day and it can double the times).  Even Universal studios was only about 40-50 minutes.

At the end of our weeks in the villa the ash cloud struck, and the first wed heard about it was the villa owner calling us to see if we knew.  Fortunately as the villa was free we were able to arrange with the owners to stay on for an extra 12 days until we were able to get a flight back home.  It was really handy having the internet and washing facilities.  They were really helpful and professional, staying in contact by email the whole time and we felt like they really cared about us and our stay.

hi-speed internet connectivity was great and worked well.  (A previous guest had reset the wireless internet settings, but we just bought a long cable from walmart, plugged directly in, and fixed it ourselves).

Not too many issues:
- Pool is east facing and is overlooked from windows on the villas either side.  It did get sun directly on it in the morning and lunchtime though, and the hot tub was hot and great for the evenings.
- The gated community entrance is situated near a complex junction making it a little more involved to get back to (but easy to leave onto the 192 east in the mornings)
- TVs are old/small, but then were too used to 42" LCD
- Pool table isnt level.  We probably should have fixed this ourselves with some paper under the legs :-)

We were really happy with the villa and owners and would stay there again.

Firstly i need to say what an absolute pleasure Rob was to deal with from day 1. Full of information and help even before i asked any questions, which were answered almost straight away (within a day or two minimum, normally only a few hours).

Now, the Villa, what can we say, beautiful!!! I have only had experience of one other villa in Florida but this one topped it by far! Exceptionally clean and tidy, plenty of everything you need. The layout is perfect, it was brilliant having the upstairs (17 stairs, as the kids kept telling me!), it made it feel like a home going off to sleep. The bedrooms were wonderful, as were the beds, the kingsize is massive!! Could not fault it at all! The aircon was lovely, didnt notice it until you went outside, if that make sense, a good thing, never too cold or nosiy!! Kitchen, utility room, games room, all perfect!

Pool - We opted for the heated hottub as a treat but didnt use it as often as wed liked but thats just a time thing, nothing more! The actual pool is brilliant, needless to say the kids spent 90% of awake time spent in the villa in it!! 5 of us comfortably played about in there with enough room. Deck area ideal, plenty of seating and beds, lovely sunshine in the morning, disappearing late into the evening (but you can go on the front porch in the evening as well if you want more sun!).

Location - Ideal, Walmart 5 minutes away (walkable, we did it a few times, 20 minutes or so), Devennys bar at the Estate entrance which was lovely, food great, entertainment great (having this bar was a plus when we booked as i know some places dont have somewhere where you can walk to in the evening). Theres a Macdonalds, KFC etc walkable as well. Very straight forward to get to the parks, all within 15-30 minutes away, you could easily find them without Sat Nav.

If ever we returned to Florida then i wouldnt hesitate in contacting Rob again, although itd imagine theyd be fully booked, and if not then they should be!!!
