Firstly we have to say wow!! Beautiful location and pretty villa in the quietest and best location one could wish for. The photos on the site and descriptions were true and honest. In August as you would expect it is hot, dry and often without a breeze.
There are however a number of niggles and issues we felt could be over come or need considering.
On arrival we were met by a very happy lady but she spoke NO English and we spoke no Italian. Secondly there was no information folder, inventory or advise on the villa, its equipment, facilities or amenities. Having settled in and incurred nearly two days without hot running water we quickly felt that a few corners had been cut and comforts not considered. There was no internet availability at the villa, no microwave not that it was an issue to us, the freezer was slow and rather inadequate  and the toaster did not work.
The pool access was not ideal as the path is undefined and the dry grass slippery. Still the pool light does not work and the loungers really do need cushions to aid relaxation and comfort.
Finally the provision or fans or air con in the bedrooms should be considered as most night we were there were in the 20s and without a breeze.
The rustic and unfinished road is quaint to arrive to but soon becomes tiresome and pitted after a few journeys to and from the villa.

An amazing location.  Accommodation good. We were well looked after by Roberto.  Good bus service into Siena at bottom of driveway.  Our only disappointment was from the description given by Villastyems we were expecting a view from the apartment,  air conditioning and a dishwasher.

Considering we booked the apartment very last minute and our stay in Italy was from a Tuesday to a Tuesday i.e. different to the normal Saturday to Saturday change-over, it was excellent. The web site for booking was good and worked well, the apartment was in very good order and all was either as expected or better. We had a lovely holiday and would definitely recommend to others. The property is spectacular, it  is well equipped, so you can leave the iron at home. The local contact Clara is extemely helpful and friendly.

This property has everything you need for a holiday, the lady we arranged to meet when we arrived was in the apartment waiting for us to show us round. it was spotlessly clean and all appliances in good working order. It has good outside space for eating and relaxing and is very close (100 yards) to the Grand Playa and a 10 minute walk to the town centre and other beach the Playa Levante, incidently both beaches very clean and water shallow for young children. We would return anytime to this property and Santa Pola.

the property was all we wanted and more.everything in the description online was accurate.the property is very well equipped and was perfectly clean .we were greeted by a lovely lady who was very courteous and most helpfull,despite the fact that we arrived an hour late due to delayed flight.but the icing on the cake has to be the property,s proximity to the beach.....literally a few steps !!!!
overall the property was excellent and great value for money,we could not fault it in any way.we would definitely reccomend it to others and would certainly book it again ourselves.

The location is fantastic, only 5 mins by car from Siena yet peaceful with fabulous views. The perfect mix of rural idyll with easy access to civilisation! The apartments are clean and spacious, the pool is beautiful and Roberto couldn't have made us more welcome. We hope to go again soon!

Nice location, easy access to town,  lovely facilities with a great balcony to have breakfast on. Must have misread the instuctions though because I was surprised when we got charged for the heating at the end of our stay - thought it was included in the price.

If youre looking for a comfortable, immaculate place close to Siena old city, with the friendliest staff, look no further. Ms. Lucia and her staff have only one thing in mind and that is to make your stay as comfortable as can be. Apart from helpful and friendly people, the rooms at the villa are well kept, and I recommend the beds after a long day of sightseeing. There is also a feeling of tranquility given that the villa is in its own compound and surrounded by greenery. I fully recommend Villa Peragnola to anyone who intends to visit Siena.
