Very nice area. 
Noisy if out at the pool due to a very busy road but no issues with villas on either side. 
The master bed was superb :)
The on suite was a dream (so my wife kept telling me) LOL and yes it was great.
The owner was very communicative and helpful with lots of info.

just got back to uk from 15 nights in this outstanding villa, had a great time at the parks during the day, children loved to wind down in the pool &amp; spa on return in the evening, perfect!!
the villa was just right for six adults and six children. big enough for privacy if it was needed.
loved the WILDLIFE around the lake.every thing was just right , a great time was had by all
three families, thank you for providing such a great home from home. would definatley reccomend to friends

This property i would love to recomend to all my family and friends. It`s a quiet peaseful area and the house just took my breath away when we arrived, it was lovely decorated by the owner Linda and Carmen Homes which takes care of the visitors on calm and gental maner.
I will recommend heating of the pool during the whinter time, when it might be a bit chilli in the Orlando area.
We had the best holidays in Calla Lily Cove!

Loved being away from the more touristy areas. The house is open bright and breezy whilst still reatining a home away form home feel. We felt very comfortabel, loved the pool, having a washer dryer and things like a cofee maker.

The property was exactly as advertised. It was really close to all the disney parks which was great. The pool, games room and definately the internet connection was greatly appreciated by the kids. If we ever return to Florida, we would have no hesitation in renting the villa again

The Villa exceeded our expectations and catered for our every need. The decor was excellent and we found it an extremely comfortable and well looked after home. We also made great use of the excellent pool and Jacuzzi especially when returning home from days out at the Disney and Universal parks which are all within a short drive away. 
We would recommend this Villa to both groups of adults and families alike as the well-equipped games room caters for all. 
I will definitely be recommending this Villa to my family and friends and will be returning there myself next year.
