Maria was  wonderful,  very very helpful. The apartment was clean and comfy, the ceiling fans worked perfectly, especially at night, slept very well.  The grounds were very tidy and well maintained.  We felt very secure and it was not too noisy, except when Barcelona and Madrid were playing, but that was fair enough.  The pool area was also very clean and life guarded.  It was useful to haves washing machine to wash the beach towels.  The beaches were beautiful, especially La Zenia. We really enjoyed our stay.  The only thing we could have done with was an extra set of keys, because everywhere was gated, you could get out, but not back in,  other than that, we loved it.  Thankyou Sue and Maria.

Modern 2-bed Apartment, Cabo Roig, Sea 150m

Good, clean and well appointed apartment ideally situated in Cabo Roig. We used the apartment as a base for a golfing holiday and were not let down by any aspect of our stay. The apartment is in a very secure complex and with one set of keys this did cause a few problems if the group did not return together. A further set of keys would have assisted but still this was excellent value for money.

We had a great holiday, the apartment was everything we needed.  Maria [housekeeper] and Lesley [transfer/taxi service] were really helpful, there if we needed them. Thanks again for allowing us late check out, it made all the difference.



Great in every way.  Apartment was immaculate, in a quiet road butinutes walk from main strip of bars and restaurants, and about 7 mins from beach.  Complex immaculate, and has 3 tennis courts and play area.  Pool very clean and secure with life guard on site July and august.   Everything u need for a great holiday- can't recommend enough.

August 2015.  Though it has been a week since we came back, I do not want to forget thanking you for the stay at your appartment. 
We had a great time there. The appartment was as fantastic for us as it was last year and look forward to talk to you maybe for the next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2week stay in the apartment. The apartment is in an excellent location very close to several beaches and to numerous restaurants and bars. The apartment is on an excellent complex which is secure and very well maintained. The swimming pools are excellent for all ages including very young children. The owners Sue and Phil were very helpful and Maria the housekeeper is a truly lovely lady. We would definitely recommend the apartment. 

We had a lovely two weeks in Cabo Roig. The apartment was perfect for our needs,spacious and well maintained. The complex was in an ideal situation and the pool and gardens were excellent. This was our first visit to Cabo Roig but it certainly wont be our last. Many thanks Phil for all the help and advice on bike hire, local restaurants,shopping etc. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
