Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,The hotel apartment was OK for the money. But what bothered us the most is that when you charge us a €50 deposit for the apartment, according to EU rental standards, the owner is obliged to hand over, check and display the inventory of the apartment. What did not happen in our case! At the reception, the younger receptionist reluctantly handed us three keys and left everything to us, and when we asked if someone would come with us and hand over the apartment, regarding the deposit, she only replied that the deposit was not her problem. Of the three keys, only one worked, the other two locks were broken. Also in the apartment, a plastic cup for water was missing from the bathroom and the regulation chain was broken from the ceiling fan. We photographed everything and sent it to you, but no response. What also bothered us and other guests were the fees for sunbeds by the pool. According to your website, if the apartment is in the same condition as when we took it over, we will get a €50 deposit back within ten days. What hasn't happened until today, it's already the eleventh day! We handed over the keys at 10 a.m. at the reception and the apartment was clean and in the same condition as when we took it over. In case of a dispute, we took pictures of everything. Sincerely, Pavel and Kim Brda.
