The property was very clean and had everything you required. Diane was very helpful and answerd any questions we had. The pool was great and it was a pleasent stroll to the plaza. I will be using this property again and would recommend it to anybody. thank you

Thank you the reply to my review,having spoken to the family we were all unaware that the air con was both hot and cold,we are not so knowledgeable  to how the air can both do hot and cold.whenever we have gone abroad it is normally air-con to cool you down.
Had we have known that we would have used it.

This is a nice villa,but I think it needs more heating only for the winter months.
We arrived on the 2nd of march,and it was very cold at the airport,when we got to the villa thanks to Andy the taxi driver(nice man)he could not do enough.
we were greeted by the owners son shown inside and so cold,but the owners son said he had never known it so cold  in 33 years but with the three year old not very good first night daughter and granddaughter slept in fleece coats,the owners son brought more wood when we ran out,and wine,but still had to buy more wood,there is a calor gas and an open fire but not enough to keep the stone villa warm.can not fault the owner the villa had everything needed and the welcome pack excellent,I think if we go again it would have to be a lot warmer maybe later on in the year,had a meal at Yannis restaurant that warmed us all,and the local supermarket stocks bread milk extra we all came home with flu.

Beautiful villa in a lovely village. Owner very nice and accommodating - allowed us to stay late as we had a night flight at no extra charge.  Photographs do not do justice to this villa.  If youre looking for a quiet relaxing break then I would definately recommend it.

The property was excellent and all you could want for inside and outside with chairs and BBQ etc., outside. We were made welcome by key holder who was very helpful through out.
I would certainly use again and will recommend friends.

We returned from this property on 22/6/05 and were pleasantly surprised as we arrived at the apartment after only a 50minute drive from Alicanti airport,&amp; that was via the coastal route which we chose rather than the Autostada which would have been quicker.
We contacted the owner before we went &amp; found him very helpful.
We found that the apartment had just been redecorated and had new furniture including a new double bed.
The apartment was very well equiped everything we could possibly need was there,&amp; situated in a splended position catching the sun all day.
We spent much time by the pool in good company as there were a lot of British people in the complex.
We had a great time in a lovley apartment &amp; have recomended it to family &amp; friends who intend visiting shortly.
We found it excellent value for money,much cheaper than the normal package holidays we have taken in the past.
We also found the on site management team very helpful. ( well done villarenters )

Nice apartmnet - the resort will hopefully get better over time when the shopping facilities are open.

Thank you for another lovely holiday - this was my second visit to the villa and will not be my last.. It has everything that you could need for a trouble free holiday, even sun tan lotion in the cupboard!! The villa is clean and very comfortable, it has English tv for those who don't want to miss the soaps and is very quiet for those who want to relax by the pool or on the patio. There is a local supermarket nearby as well as plenty of restaurants and bars. The local beach at La Zenia is lovely and sandy and well worth the 10 minute drive. I have yet to try out the local golf course. Maybe next year... wife willing!!!

JASON , FROM  MANCESTER   JULY 2007<br>   WE HAD  A WONDERFULL TIME STAYING AT THIS APARTMENT , AS IT HAD ALL THE FACILITIES , IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND HAD A EXCELLENT POOL JUST OUTSIDE . WITH 40% DISCOUNT ON THE GOLF , WHICH WAS AN AMAZING 27 HOLES TO PLAY .<br>    THIS WAS FANTASTIC VALUE FOR MONEY .
