We really enjoyed our stay in this villa. It was beautiful, well located and very homely.  The swimming pool was great and the owner had supplied lots of towels. It was very clean and tidy. The owner had provided all the essential bits upon arrival, so we didn't have to go straight away to shop after the long flight. We loved the kitchen. Would definitely recommend our family and friends. Amy and Collin were great and very helpful.  So a big thank you to Amy, Collin and Avi

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was even better the second time around! I loved the fact that the key is now kept in a on a chain in a keybox (no chance of losing it!) and that getting into the villa initially was so much easier this time (no trying to find the agency). It felt very secure with the new alarm system and it was easy to operate. The location is great- not too far from the theme parks and close to a supermarket but in a quiet neighbourhood. We all loved the pool and my 9 year old nephew particularly loved the pool table. The beds were comfortable, the villa was fully equipped and the air conditioning invaluable. Everything was as listed and the owner responded quickly to any queries. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this villa for 18 days from April 9th 2015, there were 9 of us staying but it did not feel cramped, there is ample room and 5 bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, there is also a 3rd family bathroom for the other 3 bedrooms to share. The check in went very smooth, gate code provided and key for the front door was located in the lock-box outside the front door with the code provided to unlock box.
We visit Florida quite regular and have stayed at other villas in the same area, this villa was far better value for money in comparison to previous villas we have stayed in and we would definitely recommend it and we will stay at it again. The communication from the owner Avi was really good, nothing was too much hassle, any questions or issues are dealt with really quickly and professionally.
This villa has a true south facing pool and you have sun from morning till evening, the pool is not overlooked and looks onto a large pond.
This villa is close to Champions Gate and a short drive to Disney and around 25 mins to International Drive &amp; Universal.
I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay in this villa. The lake view from the pool area make this villa extra special.

We did have a couple of minor problems during our stay but they were easily resolved by the management company and the villa owner Avi, who is very helpful. 

I would recommend this villa to any family who are looking for a peaceful retreat from the parks or relaxing base from which to explore all that Florida has to offer.

This property is great value for money. It is in an ideal location, away from the hustle &amp; bustle of the parks and a lovely retreat at the end of a busy day. It is set in a lovely well kept and quiet area and on our arrival the villa was very clean and welcoming. Its furnishings are very homely and it  is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool was a lovely way to cool off and the pool man kept it very well maintained. The villa was well air conditioned and all bedrooms were light &amp; airy with plenty of wardrobe space and clothes hangers. Spare pillows were also avaliable. Instructions for key collection and to the villa were perfect and the information manual inside was invaluable. Manuals for all appliances were present &amp; simple to use. The Villa owner was very helpful with advice regarding both the villa and the surrounding area. If I return, i will definately use this property again for my stay. It was perfect in every way!

We had a fantastic time!  The home was in a great location.  It was close to Disney and shopping and was in a quiet community.  The property was clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated.  Everyone, including Grandma and Grandpa, enjoyed at least one morning or evening swim in the pool, and our kids swam at every opportunity.  (My son seemed to hardly noticed that he was without a playstation for the week.)  With our 3-year-old, the pool safety gate gave us peace of mind.  We had 9 people stay: 4 seniors, 2 adults and 3 children.  The two king suites were fantastic.  The queen size bed in the third bedroom seemed to be on a full size frame which created too much instability for two full size adults but was fine for our kids.  Overall, the sleeping accomodations were more than adequate.  The older kids insisted on sleeping in the Disney themed room.  Finally, the property was a great value, and we will definitely stay there again during our next trip to Disney.

Beautiful pool home very close to Disney World.  The accomodations exceeded my expectations.  I will never stay in an Orlando hotel again.  It felt like being at home.  If you are looking for comfort, class and style, this is the place!

My family was thrilled while staying at the property. It was so wonderful to have several bathrooms and our own laundry room. We had always stayed on Disney Property in the past and were not sure of what to expect. After staying for two weeks I can honestly stay that we will not bother staying on Disney property again. You can't beat the price for the size, location and superb living quarters. It was just great and we plan to book annually for two weeks at a time.

Nous avons eu un séjour formidable dans cette magnifique villa. José et Maria nous on accueillis très chaleureusement. José était toujours là pour répondre à nos questions et Maria a même fait la cuisine pour nous!
La villa est très bien équipée que ce soit au niveau de la cuisine, de la literie et des électro. Rien à redire sur la propreté des lieux. Le site est vraiment beau et entouré darbres fruitiers.
De plus, cette villa est bien située par rapport aux endroits intéressants à visiter.
Un GPS est recommandé pour sy rendre...

we have been to the property a number of times and enjoyed every
 visit, this time we had the addition of maria the housekeeper who
 will cook you wonderful portugese meals if you wish. she is a lovely
lady . the villa its self is beautiful and ideal for a relaxing holiday
and would recommend it for a true taste of portugal and its great people.
