Great communication from the moment we booked the villa, Tony and Lindsey were polite and helpful. When we arrived the villa was spotless, and they left us a little welcome pack. The villa has amazing views, and it's in a nice quiet location with the beach only a 10 minute walk although we booked a car so we could travel to benidorm for the day but that's only 20 minutes in car. All in all we had a great holiday and I would recommend this villa to anyone who likes a peaceful holiday with great scenery.

The property is well equipped, lots of loungers round the pool, good kitchen equipment for meals and bbqs, large fridge. The pool is a good size and we spent many hours in and around the pool. It was nice to have a couple of different seating areas for various times of the day. The property is within easy driving of beach, local towns, restaurants etc. Communication with the owner was excellent, with good details of how to get to the villa, excellent information with regard to local events, markets, places to visit etc. The villa is not overlooked and has lovely views from the balcony. We would definitely recommend a holiday here.

We have stayed in quite a few villas and this is by far the best equipped and cleanest property we have ever stayed at. The pool area is superb with plenty of sun loungers, there is a choice of shaded areas for lunch and dinner, the kitchen is superb with everything you could need. The air conditioning is very efficient, I even woke up cold on one occasion! Whilst the villa is within walking distance of the town and beach, the return trip would be quite onerous due to the gradient of the hill and heat. The location is really quite with very little passing traffic. We have never been to the same holiday villa twice, but will definitely consider La Cometa for the future.

July 2015 - The villa is in a great location on a cul de sac making it very quiet but also within walking distance (20 mins) of the town and the beach and was exactly what we were looking for in a Villa. The pool was a very nice temperature of 32C and the villa was clean, spacious very well equipped and the downstairs looked like it had been very recently renovated. The communications with the Owner were quick and easy and was very simple to book and the at the Villa the check in and check out with Francine was excellent and they were also flexible with the timings for us. I would not hesitate to book this villa again although it could do with some proper curtains in the bedroom upstairs! All in all a fantastic villa and holiday in Moraira!

Fantastisk place

This is a wondeful townhouse and we are return customers, the decor is lovely and it has everything you need just like your own home, it is within easy reach of supermarket, bars and restaurants, the town of Javea is a beautiful town , the complex that the townhouse sits in is immaculate and well looked after witha a stunning pool with botha shallow side for the kids and a deeper side for swimmers, the patio is a god send with its furniture for alfresco breakfast and lunch whilst you play in the pool. I would definately return again. thanks

Just returned from staying at Ian and Sues lovely apartment. It was well equipped and we had problems what so ever. Sue, Ian, Pip and Molli made us feel very welcome. Lovely garden and pool with beautiful surroundings. We will definitely recommend the apartment to friends. Looking forward to coming back next year. Wyn and Sue

Great property.

The villa is very pretty, good value for money and in a great location. It is a nice 15 minute downhill walk into Moraira town and beach. The pool and jacuzzi are a welcome relief from the heat of the day. It was nice to have the air conditioning in some of the rooms. The only down side was the broken handle on the main door of the downstairs apartment ("The Bunker"). It was tricky to get in and sometimes took a while especially at night. Apart from that, we had a lovely relaxing holiday and will definitely be going back again.

The Villa pictures do not do this villa justice. The property is amazing and we had a wonderful time there. The villa was in the perfect place only 5 minutes to the beach /bars The welcome from Roy and the welcome pack in the villa were outstanding. We hope to go back there soon
