About

We are a small letting agency, based in Kent, which has been established for the past twenty years, providing accommodation to students attending the local university. We purchased Villa Kalandia fourteen years ago as a family holiday retreat; but is also available for long and short term lets throughout the year. Our aim is to provide, with the support of our English management team in Paphos, a first class holiday experience.

This Villa is excellent. It is built and finished to a high standard. We had a very good 1-week stay (5 adults). We used the barbecue and pool without a problem. The position of the Villa is not as near to Emba as we had expected - it is really a short car ride rather than a walk. The supermarket is also a short car ride away but is well worth the trip. It is deceptively large and has almost everything you could possibly wish for. It is high quality and not expensive. Beyond the supermarket are many restaurants on the way down to the sea. I would strongly recommend Elephant Car Rental (the car is delivered to the Villa door and we were able to drop it off at the Airport at the end of our stay). This is much better than Hertz (at the Airport) last time who were terrible - and tried to cheat us out of a tank of fuel. We had a bad experience with the taxi from the Airport. It took a long roundabout route in the middle of the night and was stopped by the Police because it did not have some kind of licence. We were delayed while the police detained the driver and organised another taxi (at 1 am) from the same company. The combined taxi ride cost 45 Euro which is 10 Euro over their advertised rate. No receipt was offered. We would certainly choose this Villa again.

Our large family fitted very comfortably into this villa, everything we needed to make our holiday go well was catered for beautifully. Wifi was a definate plus for all. Very quiet surroundings (except for the church bells on Sunday morning) and within easy reach of Paphos and Coral Bay beach. Wish we could have stayed for longer maybe next year.

Good house, in good condition. Backwater location means car is essential, but handy for Coral Bay and the main road between Coral Bay and Paphos. Fully equipped with aircon throughout, so comfortable despite the hot summer there. Broadband was a boon for the kids, and the helpful management team ensured that any issues were resolved quickly. Definitely recommended.

Villia Kalandia is a beautiful home, everything we needed and more was provided, very thoughtful, the little details made it special i.e beach towels, basic provisions on arrival, it was great. We were looked after adequately during our stay and if we had any problems, which we didnt, help was at hand at all times. Everything we needed to make our holiday enjoyable, relaxing and stress free was provided, our children loved the pool it was great. We will revisit and recommend it to our families and friends, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and standards were excellent it was well worth the money. thank you very much to Jayne and John Ward.

Kalladia Villa is an excellent place for your holidays. We had a great time there and we spent 8 days in the villa!!!!!!!!! We did not go anywhere because the house is very big and comfortable for all of us! The pool is great, the bedrooms are very comfortable and the kitchen is very very big for all your needs. The TV and the internet connection are very useful also. We had the best holidays in our life:) Definitely we will go and the next summer to VILLA KALANDIA!

A lovely villa in a quiet location but only 10 mins from town or beach. The villa has everything you could possibly need with a very helpful management team at the end of a phone. We would definitely reccomend this villa.

The Villa is extremely well furnished and has just about everything you can think of to make your stay comfortable (even hairdryers in each bedroom - great for the teenagers). The air conditioning in every room was a real bonus in very high temperatures, as was the excellent private pool (well looked after by Eddie and his team). In a fairly quiet location but with easy access to Paphos bars, restaurants, harbour, shopping, night life and beaches, but you MUST have a car. There is some building of new properties fairly close to the villa, but the impact is very minimal (some lorries use the same access road but NOT the road where the villa is located). Our party of five certainly had a very relaxing holiday here and would recommend this villa.

Clean bright and airy. Facilities excellent. Whilst in a quiet area, necessitating a car, it suited us down to the ground. We will recommend the Villa Kalandia to our friends, and we hope to return for a longer stay in the future.

A really nice villa in a small village. MUST have a car as the shops are not near. A shame it had flowers around the pool as the leaves and petals kept coming in the pool and Bees / wasps constantly around when trying to relax on sunloungers. A fantastic place for children and just switching off to everything.

The villa was absolutely wonderful, exactly as the photographs show but far better in real life! The bedrooms were all decoated beautifully as was the lounge. The outdoor area was lovely. We unfortunately had bad weather for a week so did not make full use of the outdoor eating area but we will definately return to enjoy again. A car is a must because everything is a drive away. Service was great, the heating in the pool broke but the maintenance man came out very quickly to repair. Thank you very much, a great holiday. Sarah Coombs
