Excellent apartment with everything you would need for a holiday.The owners response was very quick and checking in / out was very easy. Would recommend this apartment to my friends.

The apartment is spot on, has everything you need while you're there. Can't beat the location as it's central to the bars and shopping Beach is a five to ten minute walk. Would not hesitate in recommending.

Just home from a fantastic family holiday. This place is perfect, spotlessly clean and everything you need for a self catering trip. The owner Sean was very helpful and replied to any questions I had straight away. Kids loved the pool. Alicante airport is only 50 mins away. Boulevard shopping centre is 5 mins walk. Beach is 10 mins away. Loads of bars and restaurants around. We will definitely be back.

My family and I are just back from a wonderful stay. The apartment is exactly as described spacious and clean and my 3 children enjoyed spending time in it especially as there was free wifi and plenty watch on TV. The air conditioning was very welcome and made our sleep a lot more comfortable. There were also a couple of loungers and floats which were very handy for bringing to the pool as none provided there. The apartment is very central to shops, there is a supermarket is 2 mins walk and has everthing you need. Restaurants are a short 5 minute walk and the beach 10 minutes so you dont need to hire a car. Also taxi rank 5 mintures walk. Communication with the owner Sean was excellent. We will definately be back next year and all being well will book the same apartment.

great place to stay perfect location everything you need on your doorstep beaches places to eat great shopping centers excellent pick up point for free bus to waterpark bus and tours lovely pool area never to busy great Saturday market about 20 mins walk away everything in apartment you could ever need very safe secure area with security man walking around at night great holiday

Comfortable, clean and convenient to all amenities.

My daugther and grandaugther and I enjoy it very much. The Location is perfect walking distance to all amenities a 15minutes walk to the beach and central boulevar. The apartment was in a good location , the only thing is that it needs is a second Tv. To keep small children entertain when you not going out. Apart from that , it is great . Cant wait to go back.

We really loved this apartment. We are a family of 2 adults and 4 children ages 9-16. The apartment has satellite TV/DVD, WfFi and air conditioning and is nicely decorated. Also it has lots of extras that help you settle in immediately like beach umbrella, extra deck chairs for the pool, Wheely bag, books, DVDs etc. Very nice spacious barbecue area on top. The pool was lovely and supervised as well which is a good idea. The location is very convienent, no car needed, supermarkets restaurants and bars just a 2-3 minute stroll away and La Zenia Beach just a short 10 minute walk. Hard to beat really - we are going back next year ! Tommy+Family

doesnt state you have to climb three flights of stairs not good if you suffer with bad back or crumbling bones disease like my wife, waited two wks to have one of the showers fixed, still not fixed when left,roof terraced was locked wouldnt unlock, nice apartment good local resturants/shops, couldnt use pool everyday as young children messed in it weather was very nice, four wks later still waiting for my breakage depost back

A fabulous holiday! The apartment was beautiful and in a great location, 5 mins from 2 beautiful beaches, opposite a supermarket and some great restaurants. Lovely, well maintained swimming pool. Immaculate and well equipped apartment. Great communication from the owner before we went to give exact directions and recommendations on what to do and where to go.
