We had 8 days at this wonderful villa. The photos dont do it justice. There was 9 of us altogether and had plenty of space for everyone to have their own space. There was stair gates where needed  and fully equipped for the infant. Every bedroom has air con now which was a God send as it was very hot. We all loved the great size pool and spent most of our time there. We also had a few bbqs on the huge terrace looking out at the stunning views every night. The only things I can say is there was no wifi which we was promised but the owner did try his best to sort this out and also there was no maid service during the week but these were only small issues from what was an amazing holiday at this villa. A car is definitely needed as its out the way from anything and the nearest supermarket is a 10 min drive down a steep hill. But all in all I would definitely recommend this place and I would stay here again.

We had a very enjoyable stay and this holiday  Villa is perfectly described.  Lovely large swimming pool and superb views over the towns to the coast. Although the villa is a little dated in some parts this is a lovely base for a holiday in this area and is presented well and kept very clean with excellent facilities and supporting information. Great value.

Property is large and spacious, it was clean, and facilities are as described. Access was great as we arrived early and were able to go straight to the property. We had an issue with a lock, and a handyman was with us within 30 minutes to sort, couldn't have asked for a better service. It was very hot during our stay, and would have been great to have had full air conditioning throughout, but that's me! As for the views, stunning, and the pool was well used throughout and is a very good size and secluded. 
The property is high up but then you get great views, and with the exception of a few local dogs, it was very quiet which suited us.
I would recommend the property as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The villa was rather difficult to find, but in a good location from Albufeira and Vilamoura.  The nearest beach was approx. 15 mins by car.  Situated on a hillside, the views over Southern Algarve were spectacular and the neighbourhood was generally quiet.  Ensure you read the excellent manuals left in regards to everything, from housesold appliances and where to find the nearest casino.  The pool was kept in an excellent condition and the maid was very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again in the near future!

Large property with superb views, and very large pool. Upper balcony with built in barbeque is excellent and provides something different to other villas that we have stayed in., Bit disappointing that air-conditioning is only in the lounge and there were a limited number of fans. Pool is very big but surrounds need some maintenance paint work weathered, broken tiling and dead garden plants need work. We arrived in the middle of the night and the name of the villa was hidden by bushes. Simple addition of the house number to the arrival instructions would have saved us groping around in the dark!

The villa was large and well furnished. Although there are immediate neighbours it was quiet and the views from the terrace were spectacular. We had afew problems with the plumbing but these were attended to quickly by the local agent. There is a local bar but it was a good 15 minute walk away and its all uphill on the way back! Not far off the A22 meaning that we could manage to explore the area even in the short period we were there. All in all a good base and would certainly consider returning.

Villa Margarida is a beautiful villa in an ideal position peace &amp; quite if you need it but only 10 min away from the action! (you will need a car) We found the directions to the villa excellent,  On our arrival the villa was spotless with everything you need to settle in quickly with a family. Its a  very family friendly villa lots of character the only thing i could fault was the fact we had to go home! in all i would highly recommend to all! a credit to to the owners!! Cant wait to go back.
