We have had our house in Capestang for 20 years now and have been letting it throughout this period. We have had many satisfied clients (and no dissatisfied ones) along the way some of whom come back for return bookings. We regard this house more as a home rather than a let and as such we try to create a homely ambience. We like the village and area so much that we bought a second house there which we have just finished renovating and is now available for holiday lets.
