Stayed at Palm Tree Villas in August 2017. The Villa is in a perfect position within easy walking distance to the main strip of Coral Bay. The Villa was perfect
For us as a family of 5 (with 3 teanagers) very light and airy with a good sized pool which gets the sun all day long and the patio provides enough shade during the day. The hammock which Alan provided wasperfect for our 18 yr old to chill out during the day. The Villa is an older Villa but has everything that you would need apart from a dishwasher but that wasn't a problem for us as we just took it in turns when we ate at the villa, it just makes you want to try all the superb restaurants in the area! Alan and Lisa were superb in the communications before and during our stay and are a wonderful and helpful couple who couldn't do enough for us. 
Thank you Alan and Lisa for making our stay easy and enjoyable. 
Would definitely recommend the Villa and look forward to staying again.

Beautiful villa in prime location. All amenities &amp; a very warm welcome from the owners. Minutes away from Coral Beach &amp; Coralia Beach, along with a handy supermarket close by. Ten minutes from the heart of Coral Bay's restaurants &amp; bars. The villa has ample space for a large family with a lovely well maintained pool, framed by mature palm trees. Highly recommended

Excellent villa, clean and tidy, and with a real homely feel.
Excellent location, short stroll to both the Coral Bay beaches.  Walking distance to restaurants shops, etc.
Little unexpected extras like water cooler, games consol (kids wer pleased!), internet , free supermarket shopping trip, all help to make for a great stay.
No need to hire a car with all amanites close by. If you want to travel further afield, we found the regular bus servioce and taxi office (both near villa) very handy.  Highly recommended.  We will definetley rebook (treating nan and grandad next time!).

We were initially pleased with the appearance of the villa but found some areas we felt could have been maintained to a higher standard (balcony at rear was covered in bird dro ppings and the railings were heavily stained with bird waste so we did not think they were cleaned on a regular basis).  Later in the week we came under siege from large numbers of ants which were entering through the gaps in the kitchen tiles by the sink.  There was also a bad odour from the drains at the rear and the downstairs toilets were also quite smelly.  The back patio was also peppered with bird dro ppings which we cleaned ourself.  The free car included in the cost of the villa we had problems with and hired our own one in the end as we did not feel the free car on offer was roadworthy.  Overall we did have a nice time in the Cypriot sunshine but were disappointed by the ants and the bird dro ppings.  We also had to replace the batteries in the satelite remote in order to get it to work.

Very quiet and peaceful despite being 5 minutes walking distance from supermarket and good restaurant and 10 minutes drive to main area of Coral Bay and beach. Lovely pool and beautiful gardens with fig and lemon trees.  Well appointed villa, well equipped and nicely furnished.  Would definitely recommend.

Coral Bay Villa 10

We had a fantastic holiday at Palm Tree Villa! 
The owners, Alan &amp; Lisa, are warm and welcoming and offered helpful hints both in person and in a great Villa info pack.The location is superb with everything within easy reach, lovely beaches, restaurants, supermarket and bus routes.
The villa has a great pool with loads of loungers and seating and the gardens are pretty and well maintained. 

Having worked in hotels for a large part of my career I can see that a lot of thought has gone into ensuring families have what they need. LOTS of decent sized bath towels and beach towels are provided! There is a hairdryer and hangers in each room - so no need to pack any. Plenty of mirrors for sorting hair and makeup. A fantastic welcome pack when you arrive and all kitchen gadgets that you will need.
DVD player and Playstation (complete with games and movies) meant the kids didnt go cold turkey from technology either!

All in all I would thoroughly recommend this property and would hope that we can return again!

We returned to this Villa for second successive year so we knew what to expect - and again it didnt dissappoint us. 
The facilities in and around the Villa are perfect, and its location is excellent for a quiet relaxing holiday - we would definitely consider it again if returning the the Paphos end of Cyprus.

A very enjoyable holiday with very good facilities.
We would definitely return but would appreciate
a few more cooking pans to accommodate a self catering family of six.

We travelled in June &amp; just about managed without the air conditioning but this would prove to be a very expensive additional cost if you travel in July/August as you would definitely need it.

Overall the accommodation, location &amp; swimming pool made for an extremely enjoyable holiday for my family.

Coral Bay Villa 76

A great villa for two couples to share on a small gated development. Two double bedrooms, both with ensuite. The decor, furnishings and kitchen appliances are to a high standard.  There is good sized pool in the garden with a lovely patio shaded by flowering bourgonvillia.

The garden overlooks untidy open land between the villa and the sea, about 100m away at the closest point.  A path which is occassionally used by people walking to the  beach about 500m away runs along the back of the garden behind a hedge.  It can be a bit annoying when they peer through the hedge to see what the villa is like.

Linen change is only weekly and no maid service are the only drawbacks that we can highlight.

Casa Bella

The only thing i was disappointed with was the plumbing in terms of shower not being powerful and Cypriot sanitary facilities but this is obviously a downfall of Cyprus and not the villa.  Villa was very clean and spacious, although the furniture in the lounge area was more condusive to that of a conservatory and we did not find this very relaxing or comfortable but other than that, perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
