We have just returned from our second visit to Simba’s Pride. The reason we re-booked is because it would be hard to find a better package anywhere in Central Florida. The home is presented in an immaculate fashion and Barry and his family are accommodating with entry and exit dates. The location is great just of the 192 corridor and the 24 hour staffed and gated community add to your peace of mind. Fixtures and fittings are all present and in a working condition and the pool was cleaned regularly. There is a fantastic TV/Movie package and the house is equipped with Wi-Fi which is super-fast. We must mention the South facing pool. This gets the sun for most of the day(early morning until sunrise) and is brilliant for those days when you just want to chill out and relax. The booking process was simple and Barry gets back to you quickly if you have any queries. All information and instructions are clearly set out and simple to follow which is helpful. We had cause to call the local management company for a very minor matter. They were prompt, polite and very professional which is just how it should be. I highly recommend Simba’s Pride without hesitation. Thank you for your hospitality Barry and Family.

Simba's Pride

This is the first time I have stayed in Florida, I read reviews of villas and picked Simbas' Pride. It had excellent reviews and we were not disappointed! It was a lovely holiday villa, spacious, nicely decorated, very clean and had everything you need to feel like a home from home. The location was excellent too, we visited Disney, Universal, Busch Gardens, Seaworld etc etc and no where was too far. There were 9 of us aged between 8 to 59 and the villa was spacious enough for us all to have our own space, the children especially enjoyed the lovely pool, hot tub and games room. I would definitely recommend this holiday villa, it was perfect.

11 of us stayed at Simbas Pride villa for 16 nights in October 2011. We were all so impressed with the villa, it was a great size to accommodate 11 of us and we never got in the way of each other as there was so much room. Every room was beautifully decorated and furnished and nothing had been overlooked. The children loved their bedrooms, the Animal Kingdom room even had cuddly toys in which the younger children loved. The pool area was fantastic with seating for everyone of us and a lanai to keep us cool on the hot days! We really did love everything about the villa and didnt want to leave. The location is also excellent, just about 10 minutes from the Disney parks and we were just off the 192 which has loads of restaurants which was great. There is also a Winn Dixie supermarket close by so the location was perfect. All in all a fantastic holiday and fantastic villa.

Classy villa with everything you could think of provided. The fact this is also used by the owner shows- very well appointed. Great location for Disney and all Orlando attractions. Booking Process easy, all queries dealt with immediatley, information provided before you travel is very good, the management company in kissimmee are on hand to deal with any problems you may encounter- none in our case. As a family we would recommend this villa 100% - not the cheapest but certainly the best villa we have used in all our visits to Orlando.

Barry: First of all, I have to thank you for a most memorable vacation my family spent in your beautiful home. We had the most wonderful Christmas and staying in Simba&#039;s Pride was a big part of it. We felt as if we were guests in someone&#039;s home instead of renting a home. The welcome package of milk, bread, eggs, juice, instant coffee, etc. was a great personal touch and made us feel extremely welcome. Your home is so beautiful and very comfortable. The pool and patio are great. We spent a lot of time in both the pool and hot tub. Paul from the management company was always available for any questions we had and was very accommodating. . The pool table was great and was used quite a bit. The loft with the video games and the computer with internet access made keeping up with e&#045;mails easy for some members of the group. All in all, Barry, we think you have beautiful home and should be very proud. We loved staying there so much we tried to book the next week but, unfortunately, it was already rented which was no surprise. The management company tried to find us another villa but had nothing available. We did manage to find another villa near by in the Emerald Island Resort but it was nothing like Simba&#039;s Pride. So while we did get to stay an additional week in Florida, it was not as wonderful as it would have been if we had been able to stay in your home an additional week. Thank you for returning my deposit. I have recommended your villa to many of my friends if they should decide they want to vacation in Florida. Hopefully we will be renting your villa again soon. Thank you once again for a most memorable vacation. Simba&#039;s Pride is aptly named. You can tell that you are very proud of your home. Barry, We had a fabulous time in Florida. Simba&#039;s Pride was all that we expected it to be. Your home is beautiful and very comfortable to live in. Some days we had a difficult time convincing our kids that it was necessary to leave Simba&#039;s Pride to go to one of the theme parks. Our kids felt very at home in your home. The villa is so convenient to Disney. Your shortcuts in the information package made our trips much quicker and easier. Emerald Isle is very close to a large number of restaurants and grocery stores. We had little difficulty finding our way around. We will certainly recommend your villa to any friends or family who are planning a Florida vacation, and we hope to come back for another visit in a couple of years. Barry, I wanted to thank you for sharing your home with us last week for our spring break. My family truly enjoyed it. We can’t figure out our favorite part—the game room, the Game Cube for the kids, the big screen TV, the space, the pool—it was all great.
