plenty of room , well laid out rooms . kitchen well equipped , showers excellent ! gardens and pool great for relaxing in . Quiet area , but not isolated .

In general, excellent. Far more luxurious than expected with bags of space and well furnished. Some well thought out architectural features. 

Minor grumbles included:
- fixtures and fittings not of such good quality as the building itself
- showers a little weak and inconsistent
- builders starting work early on neighbouring properties
- cleaners were appreciated, however, sometimes a little imposing 

Many thanks for letting us stay. Everyone had a great time and it was a very memorable trip for all.

The villa was lovely with a fantastic pool in a quiet residential area. Sandra the caretaker was very helpful.

The kitchen could have done with a teapot, coffee machine/cafetiere and large jug for sangria ! A tilting or additional umbrella on the the patio would have been good for additional shade, during meal times.

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and the villa.

The villa was fantastic very spacious with excellent amenities and a great size pool.  The location just lets it down.

If you like contemporary then you'll love Villa Martinhal, a spacious, very well-appointed villa just a short walk from Martinhal beach, with views over open countryside. The owners were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The hot tub was perfect for the December evenings. We would certainly stay at Villa Martinhal again.

This is a great holiday rental property and we really enjoyed our time here. There were only 2 of us and the villa was big enough for a small family. Space was excellent and facilities were great.
Only negatives I could mention would be that it is not a walkable distance to the bars and restaurants in Sagres and also the Pool was not clean enough to use. The pool was cleaned on the Friday (after we had arrived on the Sunday) and there didnt seem to be any filtering system therefore any leaves from the trees and dirt lay in the pool all week.
Apart from that we were very happy with the villa and would rent again.

This is a lovely villa, in beautiful grounds, very private and tucked-away but within easy reach of the town and excellent beaches. The garden is wonderful with lots of individual areas to enjoy. The owners are very helpful and friendly – although I think it would be nice for them to leave a welcome note or something in the villa as we only became aware of them by calling the emergency number because of an issue we had with a fuse.
The interior is refreshingly modern and neutral. Our only negative observation from our time there was the disappointing quality of the bed linen – although clean, it fell well short of the crisp cotton sheets youd expect in such stylish and modern accommodation. Overall though, this is a very attractive villa in a lovely laid-back town near a fantastic beach and very good amenities.

This is a very well equipped villa in an excellent location. It definitely satisfied all our expectations. The table tennis table was an unexpected bonus.
