Beautifully designed villa situated between the old and the new Marrakech. This villa presents all of the modern comforts of a vacation home while offering calm, serenity, and privacy in Marrakech.
This welcoming villa offers you all of the modern comforts of today while offering calm and peace that has brought visitors back throughout its history. As you sit back and relax in your own private suite, or drift and doze in our garden, you can almost hear the clink of champagne glasses and the laughter of celebrities from the King's palace nearby.
The villa is fully furnished the traditional Moroccan-style. Guests of Casamenara feel as if they have stepped back in time to turn on the mystery of Morocco. With three luxuriously appointed suites and a spacious Berber tent, you will enjoy beautiful Moroccan-style furnishings, oversized showers, a large kitchen and two acres of various fruit trees. The Berber tent gives away a breathtaking views over the gardens that consist of lemon, olive, peach, apple, apricot, and orange trees. The fruit is just waiting to be picked.
Villa Casamenara is located about 3.5 miles from the famous Jam El Fnaa square in the heart of the ancient red walled city Marrakech. It is about a 2.5 miles from most major hotels, restaurants, and clubs. Casamenara is the ideal place for people who want to have fun in privet setting with friends and family. We are also about ONE mile from the largest shopping mall in Morocco, Almazar Marrakech. All you need is few steps away to experience the magical city of Marrakech. Bottom line is we want you to sit back, relax and let us pamper you! You deserve it!
This property comes with a FREE pick up and drops off from Marrakech Menara Airport. We look forward to your visit!
The House was difficult to find, as there are no road names and no sign for the house. However the house is pleasant, the garden is beautiful. The good points, the rooms all had air conditioning and telly, all had en suite, the windows had mosquito nets on them. The not so good points, there is a dog at the back of the garden and the house keeper also lives in the house while the guests are there, it would have been nice to mention these before. The kitchen smelled of grease and the washing machine was dirty, the rooms were dusty and towel was dirty. unfortunately the house did not live up to our expectation, especially we paid premium price for it.

Fantastic break. great villa with beautiful gardens and the caretaker Aziz was extremely helpful. will try and go there again. Owner Khalid was very helpful too. Overall a great place to stay, the villa probably needs a bit of modernization, but was a great value for money. I will recommened to anyone who wants a relaxing place to enjoy a beautiful Marrakech

Firstly I would like to congratulate Khalid and his team for running such a great sufficient service. The Villa was excellent and very welcoming. I have a few suggestions on improving the experience for new visitors.
Firstly the temperature of the showers vary according to who is taking a shower at the time. The Thermostat is a bit inconsistent. What you have to do is synchronize the shower usage. The Shower in the Large King size bedroom on the first left suffers most. Basically you have to take showers at varied times. If they are all in use somebody will get burnt! Secondly the traditional kitchen Necessities are fine but a modern Kettle or Toaster will not go a miss. Speed up waiting time. Reception Lounge a music system or Plasma Screen entertainment system would be welcomed. DVD player etc. Local Taxis and restaurants and nearest banks infommation will be welcomed. Book on Marrakech or some local information would also be welcomed.
The road to the Villa was not Tarmaced at the time this caused issues when Taxi arrived and when it rained. But Im sure that will be resolved very soon! The villa needs its own Permanent Ironing Board and Iron. Internet access as stated on the Requirements. Lmad had to sort this out but a minor issue.
Be warned you need a car or Taxi to get to and from the Villa on wet days and families especially will need a pick up. The road to the high road is not far for young people but not good for elderly or families. Be careful the Villa Laptop my have viruses so dont do any Internet banking or personal stuff whilst surfing!
Thank you Lmad for your professional service and efficiency. Abduallah was amazing! We all had a relaxing and fantastic stay!
Dear Kojo, Thank you for your candid feedback. I truly appreciated your honesty and I thank you for staying with us. I have reviewed your feedback with our villa manager and we have corrected most of the issues you raised. Since you sent us your comments, we have contacted a professional plumber and corrected the hot water distribution in the rooms. On the kitchen part, we have purchased new microwave oven, new dishes, new glasses and a new kettle. In the lounge area we are working with designer to change the layout of the lounge and yes we are considering a large plasma TV with satellite connection ready for the upcoming World Cup in South Africa. The other items you mentioned have also been corrected and are available to our guests. Since you left the city has been working on road leading to the villa and I am happy to report that they are 75% completed. As far as the laptop goes, we normally do not loan it to guests, we expect them to bring their own. We only provide the internet connection. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Again, we value your feedback and we look forward to seeing you in Marrakech.

Great villa - comfortable and spacious enough - really liked the outdoor area - garden really nice and peaceful-fountain on patio very relaxing (and it has its own on/off switch!)-compact kitchen fully equipped-
parking space good for 2-3 cars - beds comfy - hot water a little difficult to adjust to a steady flow but not too much of a problem considering a cool shower is much nicer!
We were worried that the nearby airport would be a noise issue but there were only a few planes in the morning and one or two small ones later in tha day- not a problem - sound of a vehicles occassionally - not a disturbance
Quick access to Marrakesh 10 minutes- Carre Four 5 minutes - Road to the Atlas Mountains just round the corner - handy for everything if you have a car.
Great service from the friendly manager Imal and the guard Wilson - it was reassuring to know that our guard was on site at all times-

A magical weekend. It was a significant birthday for A, and I had arranged for members of our family to arrive as a surprise in four different groups. I could not have accomplished this without the support of the people who worked at casamenara. The celebratory dinner they put on for us on Sunday night was amazing.
The property is outside the town, and this a benefit (very calm and serene) and problematic (need taxis all the time) but the house manager was constantly available to ferry us about.
House and garden very clean and beautifully cared for.
I really could not have chosen a better property.

We stayed here for two weeks in July 2008.
The villa was located about 15mins drive form the airport and is 5mins drive from the Medina.
It has nice size rooms and my wife and five children all stayed comfortably. My children all played safely and the villa is in a quiet neighbourhood just off the main Mohammed Vi avenue, so links to the Medina, Ourika Mountains, Motorway to Casablanca are all easy to get to.
Most activities are a few minutes drive away and very easy to get to if you hire a car, which is recommended.
Saada (cook/cleaner) and Abdullah and Imad helped us feel comfrtable and the foot and hospitality was superb. Well recommended.

My family and I got back from one of the most enjoyable trips. My wife and I visited Morocco about 15 years ago, but this time your country appeared more beautiful and the people were certainly more hospitable and ready to deal with tourists.
Casamenara is a very nice place but frankly was not fully utilized as we were on the road most of the time. We would leave early morning and get back by sun set or even after. When I visit again, I would certainly allocate time to relax at Casamenara before I embark on sightseeing.
Imad was just super indeed with a very warm persona. I made friends with him regardless of any future plans in Morocco. The car and Saeed were a main element of why our experience was wonderful. We would definitely make it again to repeat some of the special aspects and visit new places in Morocco.
In all what we had enjoyed, credit goes to you and Imad for helping put together an unforgettably pleasant experience for us in Morocco.
Thank you so much.
We spent ten comfortable and enjoyable days in Villa Casamenara which was excellent value for money. The entire villa was at our disposable, the villa was clean and organised. The staff on site were tremendously generous and displayed genuine concern to ensure everything was in order for us. The security guard was very helpful and also sacrificed some of his time to keep both my young sons entertained, he was really supportive and would buy groceries for us when we needed them and would assist me whenever I needed a taxi to the main city...this was really reassuring for me and my family. The maid was trustworthy and worked really hard to keep the villa in order and to clean our clothes, she also helped in babysitting to give some freetime to my wife. Imad the villa manager was really helpful at the airport when he picked us up, he sacrificed 3 days and showed us around Marrakech in a hired car which was really selfless of him...we would have never seen as much as if it was left to my organisation. He showed us really nice places to eat and places where my children would be able to play and enjoy themselves. Imad would take us to the nearby supermarket to stock up and offered great advice on places to visit. He showed great flexibility towards our needs and would phone on days we would not see each other to make sure we were ok. Overall the accomodation was very spacious for my children to be free in, the staff were sincere and genuine and ensured my family were catered for. If I ever come back to Marrakech it will be to Casamenara again.Imran FarooqLondon, England
We spent four most enjoyable days in Villa Casamenara which for us represented excellent value for money, (we had the entire villa to ourselves at a very reasonable rate). We had the extra confidence of knowing that all our valuables would be in safe during the day, as during our visit, there was a full time security guard on duty throughout the four days.On arrival at the airport we were met by Imad, the villa manager, who provided us with all the essential information we required for our trip, information on golf courses, where to visit and valuable advice on the best places to socialise during our stay. Perhaps the best advice we got was the offer of a dedicated driver for the duration of our stay. This was completely optional but my advice is for anyone staying in the villa to avail of Mokhtar Ben Tbib, the driver we used for the duration of our stayI would certainly recommend Villa Casamenara if you're planning a visit the Marrakech, in my opinion, it's ideal for visitors such as ourselves or couples wishing to enjoy the splendors Marrakech has to offer. The description of the villa is accurate on the web site.We are currently planning a return visit and without hesitation will be booking Villa Casamenara again!John CoburnEngland
My family and I had a great stay at Casa Menara. Good location outside the buzz of the city. The villa is very well designed and very well furnished. Great garden and patio areas. More importantly the staff is first class. Imad is such a gentle, helpful and generous person. Abdullah, the guard, cook, and server, can do marvels. And last but not least Amina was a great help with our kids. Overall we had some nice memories because everything was just perfect. We will defiantly be back to this oasis
I stayed at Casamenara for three days during Christams, with my wife. It was a wonderful experience. Two minutes from center Marrakech but yet light years from all the noise of the city. Very quiet, very pleasant place.
I would recommend to rent the whole place to fully enjoy your stay. a beautiful oasis in Marrakech. I always rent a room in a Ryad in the Medina. But now that I founf this place, it is going to be my new "home" in Marrakech.
It is also 100 yards from the most beautiful restaurant in Marrakech.
