The villa is composed of 4 bedrooms of which 1 suite (with integrated bathrooms in each bedroom), Wi-Fi and Air conditioning / heating, a very large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Good quality of bedding (entirely replaced in April 2019).

Private spacious and beautiful garden, very quiet, with no "vis-à-vis", where you can enjoy the open-air swimming pool - presence of deckchairs. possibility of barbecue in the garden.
Upstairs, another terrace offers a view over the Atlas.

A cooking / cleaning lady can be requested on demand, under the responsibility of the occupants (additional cost of 25€ / day).

Please note that a caretaker of the villa, in charge of the garden, the pool, and the security is living downstairs.

Close proximity to "Les Jardins de l'Agdal" and the mall "El Mazar" (Carrefour).

NB : by car - 20 min to the Airport / 15 min to Jemaa El Fna place.
A car is highly recommended to reach the areas easily (otherwise by taxi).
