The villa Neda is ideal for relaxing and comfortable family holiday.
The house is located in Kruce bay, close lovely natural beach (2-3 min by walking), between towns Bar (17 km) and Ulcinj (10 km), 55 km off Budva.
Surrounding with oak woods and located in healthy and quite area on Montenegrin coast the villa Neda offers a unique atmosphere, peace and privacy.
The house is on three level, with approximately 250 m2 of space and 2 parking places (for small car). One more parking place is possible to provide in area 150 m from the house.
1-st level: 2 bedroom with 1 bathroom and small kitchen. It has separate entrance (not connected by indoor stairs, only by outdoors stairs with second and third level). And huge terrace 1 for BBQ and dining.
2-nd level: main kitchen with dining and living room, bathroom and hall with wardrobe for linen and towels. Second level is connected with third level by indoor stairs. And large terrace 2 for relaxation.
3-rd level: 3 bedroom with 1 bathroom. And large terrace 3 for relaxation and sunbathing.
Every level has large terraces with beautiful view of the sea in the shade of oak trees.
Villa Neda has plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy. The terraces and balconies are furnished with comfortable outdoor seating.

The small and quiet place Kruce (Stari Ulcinj) is located about 17 km south of the port city of Bar and 10 km north from the Ulcinj in Montenegro on the Adriatic coast.
Location is also excellent for exploring all of Montenegro (in one day trip you can get any part of the country).
