At the main house is the covered terrace with barbecue, kitchen on the first floor and a large dining area on the second floor. Three bedrooms, bathroom and exit to a terrace are located on the second floor.
The second object is a bungalow on the top of the property, with kitchen-living room and exit to the terrace, as well as bedroom and bathroom. The third building, on two floors with external stairs, is located above the pool, which with almost 100 ² will certainly be the meeting place for everyone. There is also the lounge with fireplace behind glass walls, which is used for relaxation in any season, as well as wellness with sauna and shower. In the room next to it you will find your own cinema, with professional projector and comfortable seats.
At the entrance of the property are a lounge with bar, billiards, darts and a kind of air field hockey table, as well as fitness equipment. In the outdoor area you also have a basketball court and many lighted paths, stairs, lawns and a small stream, which spreads a pleasant atmosphere with its murmur.
