This is a lovely one bedroom penthouse, with two large outside terraces, located on the seafront in Spinola Bay, St Julians, close to the best restaurants, nightlife and close by you will also find large outside play areas for kids.
This penthouse enjoys breathtaking views of Spinola and Balluta Bay from its spacious front terrace, that is equipped with garden furniture and a gas BBQ. The apartment comes with a combined kitchen/dining area, separate living room that has two double sofa beds, one double bedroom with a spacious back terrace (that overlooks St Julian’s village and has garden furniture including sunbeds), and a spacious bathroom. Cots and high chair for children are available on request.
The Spinola Bay apartments block is ideally situated within walking distance of shops, cafes, very good restaurants, wine bars, Casinos, clubs, within a few meters from the Sliema popular shopping centre, cafes, bars, and restaurants that offer a wide variety of entertainment and relaxation. And it is conveniently located next to various bus stops, which allows full mobility to the entire island.
Other amenities like supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, fast food outlets like McDonald's, McCafé, Pizza Hut are all within close walking distance. For the evening one can also enjoy a nice relaxing walk at the Portomaso Yacht Marina or enjoy the nightlife in Paceville since both are within walking distance from the apartment.
The capital city Valletta is only 10 minutes by bus away. It is very nice and romantic to have dinner in one of the many international restaurants located around the bay of Spinola. Spinola Bay is a small bay which is characterized by the traditional colourful Maltese fishing boats called the ‘luzzu’.
