Overview

Marsaskala is a small and picturesque fishing village in the south-eastern region of Malta, situated within a deep inlet. The sea front is a lovely place for a stroll, to gaze at the fishing boats which crowd the bay. Tourists and locals alike may enjoy a pleasant walk on the promenade where most of the bars, restaurants and cafes can be found.

Historical sites such as St.Thomas' Tower and quite a number of rural chapels, as well as natural attractions like the rocky shores near Zonqor Point add character to this growing village.

This apartment is situated in a quite area but it is walking distance from the Marsaskala promenade. Offering picturesque sea views with our traditional fishing boats, the Luzzu.

By walk you can also get to various restaurants and Cafeterias along the sea-Front Promenade which is 5 minutes away from the Apartment. It is also very near the Arriva Bus Terminus from where you can go off to explore the rest of the Island. You may also decide to take a day cruise to Sicily from the Valletta Harbor or various other Ferries to Comino or Gozo. All amenities including Supermarkets are a short walking distance away.

The apartment consists of a spacious living and dining area having a master bedroom with ensuite, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom. All the rooms are fully airconditioned.

Payment is all to be done all in advance to the website. After 24hrs from the tenants physical check in the funds will be then transferred to us.

A refundable breakage deposit of 200euro is to be paid and will be withheld by the website. This will be released after a maximum of 10 working days stated by the website.

Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities:

- 100KWh- for 1 bedroom apartment
- 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment
- 200KWh- for 3 bedroom/ 4-bedroom apartment
- 300KWh- for villas

free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charged will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.

Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.​

Extra information (The apartment includes basic water and electricity (200kWh) supply weekly which in most cases would be more than enough, however, in the rare cases when this amount is exceeded, electricity will be charged extra at a rate of 0.35 euros per unit (1kwh) Broadband internet and cable TV is always provided on a complementary basis)

We have just got back from staying here with our daughter and we had a lovely time. The owner is great and very helpful and the apartment has everything you could possibly need.
