This lovely Sea-view brand new two bedroom Penthouse with BBQ terrace is located just 150 m from Bugibba Promenade. This promenade stretches from St Paul’s Bay through Bugibba to Qawra. The promenade is the second longest in Malta and the most picturesque.
Bugibba is a nice touristic destination where one finds all the daily needs within meters, great bars, restaurants, alfresco, lidos, water sports, day cruises, sunset cruises and is also on the main bus routes. This means visiting the rest of the island is easy and fast. Also, the apartment is just 250m from Bugibba jetty (daily boat trips to the famous Blue Lagoon in Comino, and Sunset cruises at very affordable prices!!!!)
This Sea-view Penthouse with BBQ terrace is on the 6th floor and has a lovely terrace with commanding views of most of St Paul’s Bay including St Paul’s Islands. On this terrace, there are a gas BBQ and garden furniture (sunbeds, chairs, and table).
One bedroom has twin beds (to which can supply double bedding on order) and the other one has three single beds. The combined kitchen dining living has a small terrace with washing machine and clothes drying facilities (also with sea views). Cots and high chair are available on request.

Car hire is not necessary as the penthouse apartment is less than a 15 minute walk to a large selection of shops, bars, restaurants; however parking is not available.

Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below: 0.5 cubic meters of water per person per week 150 kWh per apartment per week 1 gas bottle per apartment per week These consumption parameters of water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week. If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumption: €0.42 per kWh for electricity and €8.60 per cubic meter for water. The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay. Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does Never include bills of gas, water, and electricity.
