This block of apartments is situated to the north of the Island of Malta, located in a quiet residential street but nonetheless is only five minutes walk from many attractions offering a comfortable, friendly atmosphere catering for families, couples and single travellers
Bugibba centre situated approximately 500 metres away offers shops, bars and restaurants. One can walk down from the apartment to the promenade which takes you along the coast of St. Paul's Bay, Bugibba and Qawra.
Buses from just down the road will take you to any destination in Malta. Limestone rock beaches surround the coast of St. Paul's Bay where one can find water sports and many perfect spots for snorkelling or possibly take a diving or boat trips around the coast, or even charter a skippered yacht all for yourself. The village f St Paul’s bay has retained also its own character and charm, that of a fishing village.
This penthouse is situated in a block of rental apartments. The apartments are brand new and are served with lift. All the apartments in this block are rental properties and are fully managed by a professional team who service the apartments to ensure everything is up to specs.
This 1-bedroom penthouse consists of an open plan kitchen/living /dining leading to a front terrace with street views having a jacuzzi with bbq and outdoor seating area for a great relaxing holiday.
The kitchen is fully equipped for easy cooking meals. It has a gas hob with electric oven and microwave making it ideal for sophisticated cooking or just a quick meal. It has a dining table setting for 4 people and a comfortable couch area and an LED TV with full cable programs.
The apartment further consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and a day bed as well with en-suite. The Ensuite comes fully equipped with shower cubicle. Furthermore, the apartment has a full family bathroom with a bath tub and shower in it. Moreover, the penthouse has a back balcony that overlooks the private gardens of the neighbours making it quite airy and sunny also with seaviews of St Paul's Bay and the small Island.
The penthouse comes complete with linen and towels. It has also complementary Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment. This makes it ideal for those who are after a car free holiday as it is walking distance to any amenity. Both bedrooms and living room are fully air-conditioned. This penthouse can easily sleep 4 people.
Saint Paul's Bay (Maltese: San Pawl il-Baħar) is a town in Malta, situated in the northwest of the island of Malta, sixteen kilometres (9.9 miles) from the capital city Valletta.
Its name refers to the shipwreck of Saint Paul, as documented Saint Paul was shipwrecked on the isles, named St. Paul's Isles, which are situated in St Paul's Bay. According to the Bible, St. Paul was shipwrecked on an island which many scholars have identified as Malta on his voyage from Caesarea to Rome. The Maltese people believe that it was St. Paul who laid the foundations of Christianity on the island.
The localities of Burmarrad, Qawra, Buġibba, Xemxija, Mselliet, and San Martin as well as part of Bidnija and Mistra, form part of the San Pawl il-Baħar Local Council. The area of the locality is 14.47 km2 (6 sq mi).
Although the town is a modern tourist area there are some very pretty natural highlights close by. Heading north there is Mistra Bay, its headland and St Paul's Island. Going west and crossing the island towards Ġnejna Bay and Golden Bay is the scenic Wardija Ridge.
Bugibba is invaded by tourists (local and foreign) in Summer all enjoying the panoramic sea front promenade or having a drink in one of the many bars and pubs. It is still a relatively inexpensive resort that caters for the whole family with numerous bars, pubs, disco`s, restaurants, diving schools, tour and car agencies and all the other amenities a tourist would appreciate. There is still a small bay with colourful fishing boats at the end of the Bugibba Promenade .
Many of its restaurants and cafes cater for British tastes and youll find popular British food and tea, pizza/pasta , salads etc everywhere. Its not really fine dining but satisfies the wishes of the clientèle
The Bugibba/Qawra Promenade has lovely views of the open sea and the land across the bay and St Pauls Island. The shore is rocky, but there are smooth places which are ideal for sun bathing and there is easy access to the sea. Recently a man made sandy beach has been built. There are also lidos and resort clubs with pools and all amenities. The whole area has all kinds of water sports available including diving schools. Less than 10km away are the best sandy beaches of Mellieha and Golden Bay (among others). There is a regular bus service from. You can also find cruise boats to Comino and fishing tours. It is about 30 min bus ride to Sliema where there lots of cafes and shops. Also Harbour Cruises and Hop On buses. It`s a pleasant bus ride along the coast line.
A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid on check in either to be settled by visa or cash. The security deposit will be refunded via credit card if paid as such after a maximum of 30 days. Or via bank transfer - if paid in cash - with bank charges incurred to the beneficiary bank account should s/he not be in SEPA country after a maximum of 15 days. Thus the beneficiary bank details will be required to refund the deposit.
The apartment includes basic water and electricity (150kWh) supply for the whole stay which in most cases would be more than enough, however, in the rare cases when this amount is exceeded, electricity will be charged extra at a rate of 0.35 euros per unit (1kwh).
Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.
We do supply a set of linen per each bed and a couple of towels per person. It is then up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired. Each apartment is adorned with a washing machine and it can be used as often as desired.
Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.
A security deposit of EUR300 is to be paid on arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully released provided the following provisions are met.
•No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
•No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
•All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in waste collection points/dumpster, and soiled dishes are cleaned. Please note that rubbish timetable collection will be sent to you prior your arrival and it is found in our property as well.
•On checkout, the set of keys should left on the kitchen table.
•All charges accrued during the stay - if any - are to be paid prior departure.
•No linens, towels etc are lost or damaged.
•Early check-in or late checkout are permitted only upon request and upon availability.
•The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by the host.
•The burning of candles on the premises is strictly not allowed.
•The electricity and water usage does not exceed the limits set-out hereunder
Electricity & Water Usage
We operate a fair usage policy. The limited allowance is very generous and should more than suffice on normal usage. However, if lights and particularly air-conditioning are unnecessarily left on when not in the property or if the water is left running for no reason the allowance will be exceeded. Air-conditioning should NOT be left running if doors, windows or other apertures are left open as this will cause consumption to spike. Both electricity and water meters will be read on arrival and departure to calculate the usage. In the event that you have used more than the allowance for the property, the additional usage will be charged at current rates and deducted from your security bond electricity will be charged extra at a rate of 0.35 Euros per unit (1kwh)

Please note that for longer stays of 28 days or more the above does not apply. Water, electricity, gas has to be paid as much as consumed. This is subject to one's own consumption rate.
The maximum number of guests is strictly limited to the number people booked. Cot and highchair are also available upon request.
NO other guests are allowed to stay in the property at ANY time. If additional, non-paying guests are found to be staying or utilising the facilities you will be charged one night per person accordingly.
Events and Parties
Events and parties are allowed on the condition of pre-approval and subject to additional costs and cleaning fees. Any event without pre-authorisation will be considered a breach of the rules and charged accordingly.
Rates include a set of linen per bed & 2 towels per person. It is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as often as desired using the washing machine available for use on the property. Cleaning of the apartment is done prior the check in and after the checkout.
No Daily Housekeeping Service
While linen and bath towels are included in the rental rate, daily maid service is not. However, it is available at an additional rate, thus if needed kindly contact us. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the property. You can be charged up to 20euro per linen/towel should they be soiled or damaged.
Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
Music & Noise
The sound limit should not exceed 60dB at ANY time. At this level you can enjoy the music without annoying the neighbours. No music should be played before 9:00 am or after 8:00 pm. We understand you are here to have fun and we will do our outmost to help. However excessive noise such as screaming, shouting or similar behaviour should be avoided.
Parking on the road is permitted at no additional cost.
Drainage and Septic
These homes are on a combination of normal drainage and septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products or any other materials other than toilet paper have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged with damage fees of up to two hundred euros (EUR200).
Meeting point is at the apartment with one of our Reps. Details regarding your check in will be sent over to you a few days prior your arrival. Should there be any change or missing details please do inform us. Check-in is very flexible - normally at 14hrs to the latest 22hrs. Any earlier check in has to be upon request and confirmed via email. Later check in after 22hrs is also accepted provided that we are allowed to organise the transfer. Transfer fee varies depending on the number of people. Should one decide to opt for another mode of transportation after 22hrs, there will be a 35euro host fee payable on check in to the host.
Fair Usage Policy
This is sufficient for all normal activities, e.g. web browsing and emailing, but may be exceeded if there is a significant amount of activities such as video streaming. If more download capacity is required then it may be possible to purchase additional GBs. Please note: any illegal internet activity, e.g. peer-to-peer file sharing, will result in the internet access being closed down for the duration of your stay.

Car hire is not necessary as the penthouse apartment is less than a 15 minute walk to a large selection of shops, bars, restaurants; however parking is not available.
