The Drax Hall Manor, which is located adjacent from The Drax Hall County Club, is where this beautiful, newly developed home is found. Launched in December 2016, this is our companies second home. Although this community is freshly built, you can most definitely expect it to have all the great amenities our first home has..
This is a replica of our original home, with a few additions. This home, "The Nylah" like our first, original home, also has an automatic remote gate access for a garage car park and an extended driveway for additional vehicle parking. The home also has a open living room and dining room concept as our first one, and has all linens provided with bathrobes. A 42' Samsung Smart TV with surround sound is provided in the main living room. It has its own private en suite bathroom in the master bedroom, that is furnished fully with a queen sized bed and a walk in closet. The second bedroom, slightly different from our original home has its own access to a bathroom, which is centralized for the use of visitors too. It is also fully furnished with a queen sized bed and has ample closet storage. The third bedroom is outfitted with two single beds, ample closet storage and is furnished also and has its own en-suite bathroom, which is a new addition. The fourth bedroom, is ideally suited for one person and is furnished also. It too is equipped with an en-suite washroom and this design is exclusive to DEHANEY DESTINATIONS. Every room is Equipped with a Samsung 40' smart tv, with 5 Profiles to use for Netflix, Modern ceiling fans and Samsung Air-Conditioners. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a Large sized fridge with an automatic ice maker, microwave, gas stove and oven. A Keurig coffee maker with one full drawer of a variety of flavors to choose from is included also. The home has an electric hater heater installed to ensure consistent hot water for our guests as we have done before, with our first home. Rear patio is equipped with a BBQ (2 cylinders of propane inc) and ample seating for 7. The rear patio is too equipped with a 42' Samsung smart tv with surround sound to ensure you do not miss a beat of your program while grilling, or enjoying a patio breeze. Android TV will be added in the future for every room also. As of Jan 1st, 2018, they will be installed, as we did in our first home! If requested, a housekeeper is available to cook, clean and provide child care for and additional daily fee. For meals, just provide the groceries and request as you wish. The Amenities included are a full sized pool, gym (open 5am-11pm) a tennis court and a playground for children..(scheduled completion for tennis and playground, Jan 2018) all included in your stay with us! Car hire is recommended as the house is less than a 15 minute walk to at least a couple of shops, bars and restaurants; however parking is available if required.
