VILLA ARORA is a spacious 95 square meters one story home with stunning views of the ocean. It has 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The villa can accommodate comfortably 5 guests. It is equipped with air conditioning and Internet. The villa also has its' own private parking.
This tranquil villa is nestled into the mountainside along one of the worlds' most famous coastlines, the Amalfi Coast. With panoramic viewpoints from all angles, the combination of soaring mountains and vertical cliffs disappearing into the deep blue sea, the view is simply spectacular.
Villa Arora consists of three bedrooms, one single and two doubles, three bathrooms, an open space kitchen/living room area, and a large terrace offering a panoramic sea view. The villa is spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to five guests.
The villa is located only 3 km away from the much sought-after town of Positano and other scenic coastal towns are just beyond. You will find the restaurants, shops, bars and the supermarket at 3 km away. Heading out along the coastline, you will be greeted firstly by Positano and venturing further along, reach the towns of Praiano, Amalfi and Ravello, to name just a few. The nearby towns of Sorrento, and panoramic Sant' Agata Sui Due Golfi are also just a short drive away. These destinations are also accessible by public transportation, with a bus stop located near the villa.
Along the main road approximately 400 meters from the villa, is a footpath (approximately a 20-minute walk) that leads down to one of the most pristine and untouched beaches of the Amalfi Coast, Tordigliano beach. It is a challenging path, and therefore not suitable for everyone (e.g. small children). However, for those who enjoy outdoor exercise, one will certainly be rewarded upon arriving at this tranquil and unspoiled beach.
From the garage, located just off the main road, with parking available for one vehicle, one must walk to the villa. The driveway has a steep incline and is approximately 300 meters from the garage to the front door. The property owners are happy to meet guests at road level and take their luggage up to the villa by car. As the driveway is fairly steep and narrow, guests must always leave their vehicle in the garage at road level.
Although it is not obligatory to have a car to stay at Villa Arora, during the peak summer months it is certainly more convenient when the public bus system is strained by the influx of tourists.
Villa Arora is tended to by the owner who resides on the premises and is readily available to assist should the need arise.
THE PRIVATE TERRACE (50 square meters) is the true highlight of this property. From the terrace, there is a panoramic view of the striking "Li Galli" islands that sit out in the open sea. These islands, rich in history and natural beauty, sit a short distance away from the villa in their entire splendor. Well furnished and spacious, the terrace is ideal for a sunny morning breakfast or an "al fresco" dinner, night or day, the view is always stunning. The terrace is completely furnished with dining table and chairs, BBQ, and lounge chairs.
THE SWIMMING POOL sits at the end of the terrace, where from the pools edge, one feels able to reach out and touch the sea. The pool is circular in shape, with a circumference of 14 meters, a depth of 1.70 meters and 4 meters in width.
THE VERANDA is conveniently located just off the terrace and furnished with a comfortable bench and coat rack.
THE FIRST BATHROOM is equipped with toilet, bidet, shower, washbasin and washing machine. Access to the bathroom is from the veranda.
THE LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN area is reached from the veranda. The living room is comfortably furnished with two sofas, TV, and coffee table. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator/ freezer, oven, a five-burner stovetop, microwave, moka, kettle, and American coffee maker. There is a spacious dining table for six. Equipped with air conditioning/heating and WI-FI.
THE FIRST BEDROOM has a single bed, wardrobe and side table. This inter-connecting bedroom sits between the kitchen and the following bedrooms. It is equipped with air conditioning and heating. Access to the first bedroom is from the kitchen/living room.
THE SECOND BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM has a double four-poster bed, wardrobe, side tables, and table lamps. It is equipped with air conditioning and heating. Access is through the first bedroom. From the bedroom, it is possible to step out onto the terrace through the French doors to a sweeping sea view. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, bidet, shower and washbasin.
THE THIRD BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM has a double four-poster bed, wardrobe, side tables and table lamps. It is equipped with air conditioning and heating. Access to the bedroom is from the first bedroom. From the bedroom, you will be able to exit out onto the terrace through a French door. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, bidet, shower.

Car hire is necessary as the renter will need a car to get about for shopping, eating out and the beach; however parking is available if required.
