A large, nicely furnished apartment very close to the historical center. Most of the windows overlook the garden, behind which the Grand Canal is located. Near a supermarket and a vaporetto stop. Not easy to find in a little Cul-de-sac. A very clean and spacious flat for up to 6 people with two new bathrooms. The surprise is the view over a little park to the laguna. Perfectly situated for the Biennale in the Arsenale part of Venice which is still quite italien.
