Beautiful villa with private pool located on a 20-hectare land of a farming estate in the green and gentle Umbrian hills in the area of Valfabbrica, only 23 km from Assisi – the town of St. Francis. The house is surrounded by large terraced grounds: beautiful swimming pool and equipped sun terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Equipped veranda and large equipped outdoor areas for relaxing and alfresco dining, brick barbecue, children playground. In the estate, for free use: bowling alley, table tennis, archery and five bikes. The estate produces extra virgin olive oil and honey; from June to August it is possible to participate at the harvesting of truffles with truffle dogs. In the estate there are some very beautiful foot and bike paths that lead up to a stream. 30 km the regional park of Monte Cucco with facilities such as hiking, paragliding, hang gliding, canyoning in the beautiful Rio Freddo, horseback riding, cave excursions to visit the wonderful Sala degli Stambecchi, quad rental, farm visits, wine tasting tours, land rover excursions to discover the most magical places of this wonderful stretch of Apennines. 29 km the art city Perugia, 35 km Gubbio, 41 km Spello. At given time it is possible to participate in the various activities of the countryside, such as olive harvesting or honey extraction, with the possibility of being able to know closely, under the supervision of expert staff, the magical world of these precious little insects. At 2 km passes the stretch (4,5 km) of the pilgrimage road Via Francigena from Valfabbrica to the superb hill town Assisi with its magnificent Basilica of St. Francis. The house extends over 2 floors not internally communicating with each other. It consists of 5 units, all with private entrance: 3 on the ground floor and 2 on the 2nd floor, communicating with each other only the units of the same floor. Access through 2 km of dirt road.

You will receive full details about your booking including directions to the property and a booking voucher that you need to hand over to the property manager when you receive the keys. A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor.
