Bright and panoramic holiday apartment on the 2. floor of a small building, situated directly on the beach of Torvajanica. The apartment has a long balcony (some rooms have a beautiful view over the beach, whilst other rooms have a partly lateral sea view). The apartment is divided into: entrance, living room with fireplace, two single sofa beds and French window onto the balcony with sea view, kitchen with French window onto the balcony (road view), double bedroom with window (sea view), Bedroom with double sofa-bed and French window onto the balcony (sea view), bedroom with bunk bed, 1 bathroom with bathing tub and 1 bathroom with shower. The building has direct access to the beach by means of a private gate. Common external shower. Thanks to its beautiful position this apartment offers a relaxing holiday, but at the same time bars, restaurants and various shops can easily be reached by foot as the apartment is situated in the center of Torvajanica. On the sea promenade you will find cafés and small restaurants, boat rental, sailing and Kitesurf school and nearby children's games. Ideal position both for a beach holiday and for excursions to the beautiful eternal town of Rome (28 km) with its numerous historical and touristic attractions. At 1 km distance you will find a large water park. The antique Roman town of Ostia is at 16 km only, Fiumicino airport 25 km, Ciampino airport 33 km. In the same building you will find IRK139 and in the neighbor building IRK138. Parking (free and pay parking) along the road underneath the building.

  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.
