The village was built by the Romans and is located above a valley about 7 km south of Todi. You have access to a well-kept private and shaded area equipped for outdoor dining with table barbecue (16 m²) and common outdoor areas of about 3000 m² with a beautiful pool. From the pool you have a beautiful view over the surrounding countryside to Todi. Mosquito nets on all windows and a mountable volleyball net are available. The apartment has been tastefully renovated and distributed over 3 floors while maintaining the original style, so you can fully experience the charm of the place.
You will have at your disposal a small private outdoor area with table and barbecue. Access to the house is through 7 steps. The living room is equipped with fireplace and sofa bed, but without TV. From the room there are 5 steps down to the kitchen. From the hallway, up 3 steps, is the bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with bath. From the hall going up 1 floor is the attic (min 80 cm and max 210 cm h) with double bed and private bathroom (shower).
