Farmhouse complex set amidst the woods, vineyards and century-old olive tree groves in the typical landscape of the Chianti Classico. The structure dates back to 1100 and consists of 2 pleasant farmhouses, the first one has been divided into 6 inhabitable units (ITC809-ITC810-ITC812-ITC813-ITC814) and the second one is proposed as a sole inhabitable unit (Villa). The attentive restoration work was carried out with respect for its ancient farm structure, using exclusively natural materials. A courtyard and a garden surround the house with equipped outdoor areas for each apartment. Shared: swimming pool with services, equipped gazebo, barbecue and wood burning oven. In the basement of the ancient tower there is a charming cellar which can be used by the guests on requests for parties, ceremonies or banquets. Each apartment is equipped with all of the comforts and furnishings of an excellent level. The caretaker lives inside the property. Access to the road along 1.6 km of dirt track road. The apartment ITC809 can be connected with ITC810. Please request when booking and pay for on site: daily cleaning and linen change, domestic help, cook, catering service. Typical food products for sale. This apartment can be made to communicate with ITC810. Arrivals on Tuesdays and Sundays are not possible.   • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.
