Main reception room. This room has two external doors, one being the main entrance door and the other leading to a beautiful terrace.There is an open fire, 2 sofas and two armchairs. TV , DVD player/ recorder and CD player/ radio
The kitchen is very well equipped and has granite work surfaces and under cupboard lighting. It includes a built in gas oven and gas hob, extractor fan, dishwasher and fridge. There is also a microwave, kettle, coffee percolator and plenty of cutlery, crockery and so on.
The dining table is extendable and seats 4, 6 or 8. The dining area has a door and a Juliet balcony. The utility room has further cupboards with a washer/ dryer and freezer. Here you will also find the hoover, iron, ironing board and so on Marble clad staircase to:

The roof terrace has breathtaking views across the surrounding countryside, a table, and chairs, outside lights and a tap
One of the bedrooms on this floor is a twin bedroom with two single beds, a sloping wooden beamed ceiling, a wardrobe, and a door to the roof terrace.
The other bedroom has a king size bed, a very high sloping beamed wooden ceiling a Juliet balcony and an en suite bathroom.
We were 6 friends who enjoyed a week in this fantastic house.

Prachtig gerenoveerd huis in middeleeuws bergdorp.
Om het huis te bereiken moet je de auto op een klein pleintje parkeren. De laatste 50 meter lopen. Onder de kerk door, jawel, dan over smalle straatjes en veel trappen. Echt middeleeuws, haha.
Het huis is luxe en heeft een dakterras met prachtig uitzicht. Vooral s avonds met al die lichtjes in het dal.
Het huis ligt mooi centraal in de Abruzzen niet ver van de hoofdwegen.
Een zwembad vind je al op 10 minuten rijden.
Niet twijfelen, gewoon dít huis huren! Super!

We stayed for 2 weeks and the house was great. The drive up may be a little tough for some not used to Italian roads, and older seniors may have trouble with the grade to the house itself. On the other hand we got some needed exercise.
