From the property and the house you can enjoy a panoramic view of some spectacular mountains of the Apuan Alps, the woods and the valley that slopes down to the sea. This area is usually fresh and quiet in summer. The outdoor area of the house consists of a common and open natural plot on a slope (1500 m2), partially landscaped with meadow, trees and bushes.
