Cosy semi-detached house with a private pool and Jacuzzi, nestled in the green countryside of Soriano nel Cimino, only 28 km from Viterbo. The property is surrounded by olive and hazel groves and offers with a gazebo in front of the swimming pool with barbecue and Jacuzzi for 4 people relaxation in an oasis of peace. The accommodation is ideal for families or friends wishing to spend their holidays together while maintaining privacy. The large gazebo in the pool area is ideal for moments of conviviality, but both the dependence and the adjacent apartment in the main villa have a private veranda ideal for outdoor dining. This property is the perfect solution for those who wish to alternate moments of relaxation with interesting day trips: the beautiful town of Viterbo is not far from here, the golf course of Sutri 30 km, Lake Bolsena with its beaches 37 km and lake Bracciano 39 km. If you prefer to spend a day by the sea, Tarquinia Lido on the Lazio coast is just 74 km from here. The wonderful Rome, ideal for a day of shopping and history, is 92 km. An excellent extra virgin olive oil is produced in the surrounding countryside and you can purchase it directly from producers in the area. The accommodation consists of the annex and the apartment on the ground floor in the main adjacent villa where the owners live. On request the very friendly house owners offer typical Roman cuisine courses. Annex: Ground floor: veranda with entrance to the living area with kitchenette and two single sofa- beds, bathroom (shower) with aerator, spiral staircase to the 1st floor. 1st floor: also with direct access from the veranda, double bedroom, bathroom (shower) and direct exit to the terrace. Apartment in the main villa: ground floor: veranda with entrance to the large dining room with kitchenette, three double bedrooms, bathroom with Jacuzzi, bathroom (shower). Parking on the fenced property. To the same house owner belongs IRU152 which is about 1,2 km from here. It is possible to use the Jacuzzi for maximum 2 hours per day: 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon.

You will receive full details about your booking including directions to the property and a booking voucher that you need to hand over to the property manager when you receive the keys. In some instances you may need to collect the keys from the property manager’s office or some other location which is not the actual property you have booked to stay in. Please note that the agent provides us with the GPS co-ordinates in the travel directions and we communicate these to you; you should contact the property manager if these are unclear.

The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.

If a property has an annexe then it will typically be a building attached to the main property or a small self-contained building. Annexes often have no central heating.
