Immersed in the countryside, on the Grosseto side of Monte Amiata, this delightful Tuscan-style holiday home surrounded by a large non-fenced park. Ideal for the family who loves the contact with nature, trekking and holidays of relaxation and well-being. The house is on three levels: ground floor kitchen-dining room, living room, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a two-seater hydromassage and the other with a hydromassage shower. Upstairs a double bedroom and a single room that share the third bathroom. In the basement floor with access only from the street level and not from inside the house, a large room with cyclette, cardio-fitness machine and bathroom with shower. Outside the villa has a large porch pleasantly furnished for outdoor dining, surrounded by olive grove and overlooking the surrounding wooded countryside. We are 2 km from Seggiano for any kind of need and 8 km from the Castel del Piano health resort one of the most famous places of Monte Amiata, a beautiful place for summer holidays, for the temperate climate and the position that allows you to reach in few minutes places of interest, that winter due to the presence of ski facilities. Distances from places to visit and live nearby: Vetta Amiata 20 km, Terme di San Filippo 23 km, the enchanting Baths of Bagno Vignoni 16 km, Pienza 29 km, Montalcino 20 km. The house for those who want to take care of themselves and regenerate.

The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.
