At 8 km there is the ski resort Cerreto Laghi with stores of all kinds, 15 km supermarket and tennis court, 20 km riding school, 31 km thermal baths, 35 km Fivizzano with indoor public swimming pool, 55 km Pontremoli with golf course. The section of the Ligurian coast of Cinque Terre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site (about 60 km) and its beaches are within easy reach. Some distances for your excursions: 55 km La Spezia, 58 km Lerici, 68 km Portovenere, 90 km Parma, 110 km Lucca, 120 km Portofino, 128 km Pisa, 135 km Genoa, 160 km Florence. The property includes 400 m2 of land on one side of the house, on the front a large (50 m2) paved area equipped for relaxation and outdoor dining, barbecue and heated lounge with infrared heaters, lawn with above-ground swimming pool (8x4 m, heated and lighted), a heated Jacuzzi for 4 people, outdoor shower, sun beds and deck chairs. The outdoor area is equipped for outdoor activities such as table tennis, basketball and badminton and games for children such as slide and swing.
