This magnificent semi-detached house is part of a magnificent Venetian villa surrounded by a park with an Italian garden full of flowers, plants, fountains and fruit trees.
The part of the house for guests is on two floors: on the first floor there is a large living room overlooking the garden, a steep marble staircase leads from the living room directly to the kitchen-living room, from the windows of which you can see part of the garden, and to the mezzanine with double bed; A few steps lead down to the other two bedrooms.
You have free access to the entire garden. However, in front of the entrance there is a private area with deck chairs for sunbathing and a nice table where you can enjoy your dinner after a barbecue. At your disposal are three bicycles that you can use on the numerous bike paths that start from the house. The strategic position of the villa in the center of the Veneto region offers a wide choice of historical, artistic and naturalistic routes. An interesting route is the gastronomic one with a visit to the wine cellars of Breganze, where the wines Vespaiolo and Torcolato are produced. For those who like hiking in the mountains, in 20 km there is the plateau of Asiago, ideal for cross-country skiing in winter. The most important art cities of Veneto are easily reachable: Vicenza (20 km), Padua (50 km), Verona (88 km), Venice (90 km), as well as a series of splendid medieval towns and ancient villages: Bassano del Grappa, Marostica, famous for the chess game with live pieces, Asolo ... and a series of itineraries where you can visit the most beautiful Venetian villas (many of them are Palladio villas), some near the house. Your pet is welcome, on the property live three cats and a dog.
