This beautiful semi-detached house with garden with swimming pool (above-the-ground-pool) lies 5 km from Quinto di Treviso and 50 meters from the bike path Treviso - Ostiglia, which, with its 118 km crossing the region Veneto, connects Mantua to Treviso, from where you can then reach the Monaco-Jesolo cycle path (of 520 km). A part of the wall of this house is shared with another property, but the park and garden are private. Surrounded by the greenery of the Sile river park, this house is suitable for different families or groups of friends as each floor, except the ground floor, is an independent apartment with its own bathroom. The ground floor, on the contrary, with its large living area and the partly professional kitchen is ideal for staying all together. The house has 5.000 m² fenced garden where you can realize your outdoor activities: playing with your children, taking a bath in the pool, playing badminton or enjoying your outdoor dinner around the large table under the trees. All those who prefer to relax will choose the large terrace where they can lie in the sun or read a book. During the cooler season you can relax in the large living room with fireplace and the other living areas, watch the TV (you will also find numerous DVD in the villa), play cards or relax in the sauna after some day trips. Discover Treviso (10 km) with its beautiful “palazzi”, Venice (35 km), the most beautiful town ever which you can reach in 20 minutes by train, Vicenza (60 km) with its Palladian historic center and Padua (45 km) with its churches and the Chapel of Scrovegni, Venetian Villas and smaller medieval villages, rich in art and history, all reachable in less than an hour, such as Castelfranco Veneto, Conegliano, Oderzo, Asolo, Bassano del Grappa, Vittorio Veneto and many others. The house is inserted in the peace of the Sile river nature park and has a private well from which water is drawn. The strategic position of the house enables you to visit Jesolo and all the other sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast (40 km) and the next mountains (60 km). All those who love hilly landscapes should not miss to visit the area of the Pedemontana at abt. 20 km distance both by bike or by car. You will cross wine yards and wine cellars and taste the famous wines such as the Prosecco or the Cartizze. Sportmen will enjoy the nearby Ostiglia bike path, at about 200 m distance from the house you can rent bicycles, canoes and kajaks and golf players will find a golf court in the surroundings. Finally do not forget that holidays means excellent food and good wines: next to the house you have the possibility to purchase fresh fish whilst in the nearby wine cellars you will find the right wine for your dinners.

When do I receive directions to the villa and key collection information?
Directions and details on how to collect the keys will be emailed to you after you have paid for the booking in full. You will receive full details about your booking including directions to the property and a booking voucher that you need to hand over to the property manager when you receive the keys. In some instances you may need to collect the keys from the property manager’s office or some other location which is not the actual property you have booked to stay in. Please note that the agent provides us with the GPS co-ordinates in the travel directions and we communicate these to you; you should contact the property manager if these are unclear.
Bed sizes / bedrooms
The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:
- A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
- A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
- A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.
A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.
Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.
If a property has an annexe then it will typically be a building attached to the main property or a small self-contained building. Annexes often have no central heating.
Please note that bedrooms in holiday rentals are usually not that large; you should refer to the floor plan to get a sense of size.

What do you mean by prepayment of consumption cost for electricity, gas, water etc.?
You will be charged for the amount of electricity, water, gas and other utilities that you use – the local agent will perform the relevant meter readings upon your arrival and when you depart. If your usage costs less than the amount you have prepaid then you will get a refund when you depart; however if you have used more than you have prepaid then you will be asked to pay the balance.
