Cozy holiday apartment just 1 km from the famous beaches of Riviera dei Fiori and 900 m from the Ariston Theater, which hosts every year the Italian Song Festival and a short walk from the historic pedestrian center of Sanremo, with its casino. The bright apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator; it is ideal for families and couples as it is close to all the amenities and the main attractions of Sanremo. We are located in the heart of the Riviera dei Fiori and this is an ideal starting point to visit the French Riviera: Menton (36 km), Monte Carlo (45 km) and Nice (57 km), suggestive towns overlooking the sea. Not far from all the other cities of the Riviera: Alassio (Km 55), Diano Marina (Km 44), Cervo (Km 44), Bordighera (km 12), the town of the flowers, the Principality of Seborga, Dolceacqua (km 23) and Apricale (km 29), the beautiful Balzi Rossi beach (km 25) with unspoilt nature and clear water, the botanical gardens of Villa Hanbury in Grimaldi (km 25), San Lorenzo al Mare (24 km)from where Europe's longest cycle track starts. Sanremo is renowned not only for its cultivation and world export of flowers to which the name of City of Flowers and taggiasco oil, also for its mild climate that makes it ideal for a holiday all year round .. not to be missed for the cycling enthusiasts the arrival of the famous "Milano-Sanremo" which takes place in March.

The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.
