Holiday apartment located only 600 m away from the beach Miramare, 5 km from Riccione and 7 km from Rimini: We are located in one of the most known tourist areas of the Adriatic coast. The property has a total of 40 residential units (including our IEK323-IEK324-IEK325-IEK326-IEK327-IEK328-IEK329-IEK330). The complex is designed with attention to detail and offers comfortable and nice accommodations. The residence has leisure facilities for young and old, these latter will have lots of fun on the well equipped playground. But not only that! Also your 4-legged friend will experience here a dream holiday. "pet-friendly" is not only a word here: your dog awaits a welcome kit on arrival (dog bed, bowl and snacks) and a 200m2 large green area is exclusively for them (nearby is also the communal green area of 3000 m2). But there is even more: in two bathing establishments (600 m and 5 km) your 4-legged friends can also enjoy beautiful days by the sea. They have however no access to the pool area. For your moments of relaxation, the large and well maintained pool area awaits you with a sun terrace, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. You can also pamper yourself in the cozy spa area (on request and at an additional cost) with hydromassage, adventure shower with color therapy, Finnish sauna, relaxation area and tearoom. You can rent free of charge city bikes for your excursions. The holiday apartment IEK324 is on the 3rd floor (elevator) and consists of a living room / kitchen with access to the equipped terrace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV, WI-FI, hairdryer and safe; the walls are sound-insulated and all rooms are air-conditioned. This is the right place to spend some very relaxing days, but not only: from here you can also take excursions to the most interesting places in the area such as the Republic of San Marino (23 km) or the popular beaches of Riccione 5 km), Rimini (7 km), Cattolica (17 km) and Milano Marittima (40 km), which will also surprise you with their varied nightlife. In the area there are also two famous water parks for children and adults (6 km) a theme park (14 km), an aquarium (12 km). One of the largest amusement parks is 61km away. When do I receive directions to the apartment and key collection information?
Directions and details on how to collect the keys will be emailed to you after you have paid for the booking in full. You will receive full details about your booking including directions to the property and a booking voucher that you need to hand over to the property manager when you receive the keys. In some instances you may need to collect the keys from the property manager’s office or some other location which is not the actual property you have booked to stay in. Please note that the agent provides us with the GPS co-ordinates in the travel directions and we communicate these to you; you should contact the property manager if these are unclear.
Bed sizes / bedrooms
The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:
- A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
- A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
- A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.
A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.
Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.
If a property has an annexe then it will typically be a building attached to the main property or a small self-contained building. Annexes often have no central heating.
