This is a 3-bedroom mansion in San Donato in Collina with a large shared swimming pool to take a refreshing swim on a hot summer day. A family with children or a group of 6 persons will find the stay ideal.
The holiday home rests on a big estate with olive trees and vineyards, where olive oil and Chianti wine are still being produced. You are only 10 km from Florence, an Italian town that charms everyone. There is a lake at 1 km if you wish to enjoy sunsets by the lakeside. The town center with restaurants and supermarkets also rests at 1 km. You can spend a fun-filled day at the town center experiencing the local life and streetscape.
Equipped with central heating and air-conditioning, the mansion has a large kitchen to prepare lavish meals. There is a shared garden with play equipment for children can play around. It also has cozy furnishings so that you can have meals and read. Parking is available. A children's bed and a high chair are provided on request.

The farm is at 1,5 km far from San Donato in Collina. The village has some shops and a bus stop to reach in 30 minutes Florence.
Nevertheless we suggest you to have a car to explore the beautiful country side and villages in plenty freedom.

Excellent reception, nice, neat accommodation in beautiful surroundings
We had a wonderful holiday week. S. Donato is an excellent starting place for visits to Florence, Siena and Chianti. Nice house, separate spacious outdoor seating with BBQ. Just a pity that the (small) pool far from the cottage, which is not practical. Helpful and friendly owner.
