Situated on a big estate, this is a 1-bedroom holiday home in San Donato in Collina. It has a large shared swimming pool to take a refreshing swim on a hot summer day. The holiday home is perfect for a small family or a group of 4 persons.
The holiday home rests on a big estate with olive trees and vineyards, where olive oil and Chianti wine are still being produced. You are only 10 km from Florence, an Italian town that charms everyone. There is a lake at 1 km if you wish to enjoy sunsets by the lakeside. The town center with restaurants and supermarkets also rests at 1 km. You can spend a fun-filled day at the town center experiencing the local life and streetscape.
Equipped with central heating and air-conditioning, the holiday home has a barbecue to enjoy the evenings. There is a shared garden with play equipment where children can play around and you can find shaded spots to sit down reading a book. Parking is available. A children's bed and a high chair are provided on request.

The farm is at 1,5 km far from San Donato in Collina. The village has some shops and a bus stop to reach in 30 minutes Florence.
Nevertheless we suggest you to have a car to explore the beautiful country side and villages in plenty freedom.

Great beautiful house, fantastic views and lovely pool. Only down point were many insects.
For those who love privacy and space and a view of Tuscan landscapes, a wonderful location. Cottage is fully equipped. A well-equipped kitchen and air-conditioning in the upper part. Nice swimming pool and of course Florence nearby. Extremely friendly welcome.
Fantastic location, lots of comfort and space, large garden with lots of peace and privacy. Warm welcome upon arrival. Complex is on a decent hill, cycling (slopes of & gt10% no exception) and walking only for the lover. Florence is excellent by bus (45 min.). However, additional stays at the main building will be realized over the coming period, which unfortunately makes noise in the background.
Our arrival was laid around 22:00, the ladies of the reception had a tidy envelope for us, as agreed containing the plan and keys. Upon entering our house were the beds, there were showers for pool towels and beach towels ready. Also a bottle of wine. A really warm welcome. House was clean and tidy. "In the morning we were met by the reception welcome and a met by really friendly and helpful staff. Nieis was crazy. When questions were sorted out things and lay it neatly in an envelope at our cottage. The setting is gorgeous !!! certainly walkers. even as base for visiting cities like Siena, Florence Gimmihnano ... perfect. village itself is not so much voor..maar have a wonderful coffee bar where also great sandwiches, cheese and sausages for sale.
A beautiful authentic Tuscan cottage on a working wine and olive farm in operation in San Donato in Collina, Tuscany, Italy. Fully equipped, even a washing machine! Do you like peace and the typical Tuscan influences, then this a perfect stay!
Magnificent estate in the beautiful wine also Castle. Our cottage (max 4pers) looked fine, grown with care, attractive and clean. Adjoining a private garden with beautiful views and room for the car. The reception was very welcoming and there is also spoken good English. The reception also shop for everything that is produced (wine, olive oil, etc), but no pushy sales staff on the estate. Chianti made here is fantastic, definitely try! Also the pool is top location with a nice view and everything just looks well maintained! We were very pleased with our stay! Nearby is so much to see that a week is really too short ...
We enjoyed a quiet holiday in Fienile Lecceta early July. The welcome was warm and professional. The cottage has a large private garden with privacy and panoramic views of the Florentine hills. We are delighted with the location of the domain.
