Apartment in a country house located in an oasis of nature, history and wellness only 60km north- east from Bologna and 30km from the sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast. Located between 2 beautiful lakes, these 5 farm houses have been restored and divided into 7 bedrooms and 9 apartments, all with separate entrance. At guests’ disposal: a private external area for outdoor meals. Inside the property it is possible to swim, to fish, to dive. The land is characterized by a huge net of bike routes linked one to another. SPA with two Finnish saunas, a Turkish bath and a Kneipp path (upon payment) to spend relaxing hours. A restaurant and a pub offer typical dishes prepared with the products cultivated in the property. From time to time there may be a music festival on the grounds. Anton, the owner, and his staff will welcome you in a familiar atmosphere, glad to suggest you interesting daily trips: the oasis Anse Vallive in Porto, Ferrara, Comacchio and its seven beaches - called “little Venice”, the Po Delta Regional Park; these are only some places where spending a great holiday in Italy!   • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.

If a property has an annexe then it will typically be a building attached to the main property or a small self-contained building. Annexes often have no central heating.
