Here you’ll stay in an ancient noble building that dates back to 1600, situated in a strategic and panoramic position, on the top of gently sloping hill. The “palazzo” has been transformed into only five holiday apartments that enjoy a splendid irregular-shaped swimming pool (16x10), positioned in front of the building in a new context of particular beauty for its ample view, which stretches out from the town of Pomarance to the valley of the Cecina river and over the hills where Volterra is situated. Peaceful position. Various green outdoor areas surround the house and which are situated on various levels and near the swimming pool, besides a spacious suntrap terrace, is a panoramic terrace with 2 bathrooms. Shared barbecue available. Internet WiFi available in the pool area. Shared coin operated washing machine in an outbuilding on the ground floor. The last stretch of road that leads to the house (approx. 700 m) is not asphalted but is suitable for all types of cars. Location: 3 km from the town of Pomarance (all kinds of shops, public sport facilities). Here you are in a very good position to reach some of the most interesting town in Tuscany, such as the old city of Volterra 25 km, S. Gimignano 55 km, Pisa and Lucca 80 km. The sea and beaches of Marina di Cecina (free beaches as well as ones equipped with sun umbrellas, deckchairs, etc.) is only 50 km away. Heating included in the price. When do I receive directions to the apartment and key collection information?
Directions and details on how to collect the keys will be emailed to you after you have paid for the booking in full. You will receive full details about your booking including directions to the property and a booking voucher that you need to hand over to the property manager when you receive the keys. In some instances you may need to collect the keys from the property manager’s office or some other location which is not the actual property you have booked to stay in. Bed sizes / bedrooms
The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:
- A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
- A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
